We liked having the different ethnicities of food to choose from.
Confused about where to leave our beach towels. We had to go back to the room and get them. We were told we could leave them in the room but the desk person insisted that we go get them and return to the desk.

Privilged services. Drinks top shelf, service is top notch, if we needed anything we just called our butler and it was taken care of. Most people who state "privilge service isn't worth it" never had it or didn't use it correctly
My wife uses a walker. Had issues with the elevator closest to our room. Once reported they fixed it promptly. They even came to our room to let use know it was fixes so she could start using it again.
