- Cleanliness, the locations was close to everything and the staff were all very friendly
- Clean and friendly
- Nice size, not too modern...could use some cupboard space in the rooms. Wish they didn't burn natural gas on the fireplaces all night...sends a brutal message. Lovely place though.

- The hotel offered a Whiskey Tasting experience. If you use the QR Code there was no reservation needed Since no one else signed up they cancelled it We did Mixology wth our selves and another couple we did Tea tasting and just us . We should have been
- We were there December 29 and there were the kids that were running up and down the corridor, being obnoxious and loud. I asked the hotel manager to ask the parents to control their kids and nothing was done.

We were there December 29 and there were the kids that were running up and down the corridor, being obnoxious and loud. I asked the hotel manager to ask the parents to control their kids and nothing was done.
