We stayed in a bungalow: rooms needs desperate refurbishment, everything is too old (bathroom, doors) and the air conditioning is way too noisy (even with out turned off we could hear the neighbors pitch noise).
The location is amazing and very easy to reach flying to the Comandatuba airport. The food was very diverse, serving typical local dishes to beef bourguignon. The beach is very nice. The seawater is clean, though not clear. For small children the sea is quite choppy, but they have life savers around and if you stay in the very shallow area it’s fine.
The service was a bit hit and miss. most people were very friendly though. We had a few issues with reception and the entertainment area. This could have easily been resolved with better communication. The rooms could have been better. Some had mouldy smell and mouldy tiles. But we were moved to a better room then. Sandy and Rodrigo at reception were great!
