Staff, breakfast, the view, cleanness, restaurant.

No elevator to pool. The pool is cold.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable and overall very clean. Good breakfast with a wonderful view over the lake

Wonderful place, amazing view from room balcony,friendly staff, super clean, delicious food at the restaurant. Slightly problematic for parking at times but overall i would choose this hotel again.

The food at the restaurant was outstanding, really delicious! There's also a balcony with an amazing view of Lake Lugano. If you don’t have a room with a view (like us), it’s definitely worth visiting the balcony.

The location is perfect. Get a room with a view if you can. The staff members are also super friendly.

Although the room was super clean, it was a shame there was mold in the shower.

The view was outstanding, dinner on the veranda was very good. Breakfast was also excellent. 11 out of 10.

My second time at this hotel and upgraded to a lake view room this time, which is well worth the extra money. The views of Lake Lugano are stunning. Yes, you can get the views from the terrace, but it’s nice to wake up to the incredible scenery and take it all in on your balcony.The food in the restaurant is superb, and not over-priced. The staff are helpful and friendly and the overall experience was fantastic.

We had a double bed and a single. The double bed was very comfortable but the single bed had a very firm/hard mattress with little comfort.

Beautiful view

Honestly do not understand the good rating people give this hotel. The view is magnificent, but that's about it. The family rooms are too small, cheap furniture, tiny bathroom which is old with mold etc. Not great value for money.The room description on Booking mentioned a room with a double and two single beds, other rooms were described as double bed with a bunk bed (cheaper rate). We booked the room with the two single beds but got a room with a bunk bed. Staff was rude and complaint was not resolved.

View from room amazing, truly magical. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Even dropped us off at nearby places (we didnt have a car - something we would do next time). Restuarant food brilliant. Always freshly cooked. Excellent service. Loved the roof-top pool - just perfect.

Maybe gluten free choices restricted (our daughter is gluten free and joined us for dinner)

The views from the pool balcony and restaurant are great.Staff were lovely and despite the language barrier we still thought we were treated very well.

Best location with a stunning view. Very helpful and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and a really good restaurant for dinner! We enjoyed every minute and will surely return!

The view from the restaurant and the room was absolutely stunning with a 180 degree panoramic view to the lake below and the surrounding mountains around Lugano. Also, the food in the restaurant was amazing.

We are a family of 4 (kids are 12 and 16) and the bunk bed was a bit too short for my 16 year old, so my wife had to sleep in the bunk bed. It not clear on the booking site that the bunk bed was only about 180cm long. Also, we booked this place with the intention to charge our electric car. However, I could not get the associated app (Repower) to register me as a user, so it never worked.

The view was just spectacular and all the staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. And dinner was delicious.

The breakfast was good but really simple and could have more warm, savory items.

The driving to the hotel is a little difficult, up on the mountain.

The hotel had a very good view and we had a nice dinner at their restaurant.

The cleaning of the hotel could have been better and you just need to be aware that the road up to the hotel is a bit tricky

They had everything you needed right there at the hotel, all with amazing views! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, very much like family. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great food and breakfast was excellent and included! You could go get a bottle of wine for your room from their cellar anytime of day. Would absolutely go back!

Incredible view on the west side of the Lugano Lake. Always available friendly staff for the hotel and for the lively (but not noisy) restaurant. Incredible pizzas. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. Small village nearby.

Not very frequent public transport connections. Hiking in the neighborhood is a bit challenging (steep slopes)
