Breakfast is excellent and love the location.Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance

Lobby bar and lounge had no food menu

Comfortable place attached to a large shopping mall. Staff was competent and friendly. Many food options in the mall. I would stay here again.

Air conditioning was very loud and did not seem to cool the room. Also the room smelt like cigarette smoke

The location is right in the center of the city.

The breakfast wasn’t friendly for foreigners. Most of the food was made for Chinese people. The quality of the food is very poor.

It’s conveniently attached to the mall (just turn right as soon as you step out of the lift). All my requests were promptly attended to, and they offer a great selection of breakfast. Honestly, it’s super comfortable, and I absolutely love their amenities!

Service staff was professional and helpful. Very convenient location - hotel is connected to a mall from its lobby area. Great spread of local food for the breakfast buffet.

The confirmed details on booking.com did not match with the booking confirmation received by the hotel. They did not seem to be expecting 3 people checking in for the room we booked - breakfast was only included for 2 people, same with the amenities in the room. Reception and room service staff were thankfully efficient and helpful to resolve the issue quickly. Sofa bed was small and more like a couch.

Excellent location, close to modern shopping centre, lots of good restaurants near by. MRT at your doorstep.

Room was a little small compared to other Marriotts Hotel I stayed.

Water from shower did not flow into the hole. Thus it was flooding in the shower room. Need to resurface the floor.Aircond temperature was not cold during day time. The bed blanket was too hot inside instead of outside temperature maybe because of the fabric.Did not obtain hotel point as booking made thru travel agent

Near the train station and mall.Breakfast is quite good.Staff is really helpful.The room is very wide and well-equipped

Everything was fine. The staff at the reception, especially Dean Xie and Anubus Wu were outstanding, thoughtful and very helpful. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home during our stay at Marriot Nanning!

Location was good and the reception was very friendly

When we arrived, the lift lobby of the hotel floor had a bit of garbage, evidence of a meal taken by people. It is quite annoying and distasteful to be greeted with such a sight coming off the elevator to our hotel floor. Also, the lighting in the hotel room is too bright and blinding. This is quite unusual and there is no adjustment to the brightness.

Its location right above the Nanning metro station and Hang Yang shopping centre is really great and serve as great point to explore other part of the city. The room is comfortable, modern and spacious. The staff are friendly and gave good tips about city

The location. It’s next to an upscale mall (including Walmart, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc). The Marriott name is reliable for treating yourself to a little luxury!

-i have a very bad experience to stay this hotel . The staff service i give negative rate . I accidentally broke a tea cup at lobby ( welcome drink area ) . I been apologised to the staff at lobby ( the staff handle bar counter at lobby ) few times but the staff like a robot with no response at all , the lady staff order another her colleagues clean the broke glass cup . Then another staff wearing a white shirt walking to us , i spoke to the guy I’m apologised due to accidentally broke the cups if u want charge can deduct from my room deposit, the staff without any response and walk to the lady asking wat happened ?after that he ask me wat is my room number ? After so many time’s apologies to the staff without any response. This is the 5 star hotel service provided????-hotel a bit old and the carpet inside room a bit smelly.-The cups tray inside room is dusty.
