Spacious and clean roomGood breakfast, I as a vegetarian was happyGreat toilet and showerClean towels and sheetsStaff was able to chat in English and send directions and explain which Metro Exit to takeGood location close to Metro and Langxi Night Market with lots of snacks and food
Staff cannot speak EnglishBut they are friendly and you can use a Translator App
It's a gem! Great location, spacious, modern and meticulous room. Front desk staff was wonderful. One in particular went out of her way to help me hail a ride online. Most impressive is the free self-service laundry facility on the 7th floor where the restaurant is. Start your laundry, finish your breakfast and pick up your clothes.
Nothing. It's all good.
Good location for us. Good breakfast. Laundry facilities.
Good
The hotel is nice and clean, but the Staff is a misunderstanding. They don't know a word in english, they talk to you in chinese, expecting you know What they say. Also, wifi is unavailable for ones without chinese phone number. We really expected more from such an international line of Holiday Inn hotels. We stayed in Holiday Inn in different locations and everything was fine.
Friendly helpful staff, decent room, (though one light was 'on the blink' all night and kept me awake)
Breakfast. Luckin Coffee? Really? Luckin coffee is terrible. Worse than Starbucks. Food: Basic Chinese style buffet. As I say: 'Basic'. I would have rather eaten outside.
Great hotel accomodating forein guests. It is located near local farmer's market and street food stands. They also ordered me a texi for an early trip to the airport. Would recommend.
The location is great just steps away from Langxi Metro station. Nice breakfast. Free laundry. Small gym but nice. Nice staff, she always gives me 4 bottles of water daily. Nice toiletries.
In-room light switches are too bright at night. There is a flashing green light in the ceiling which I don't know where to turn off or maybe it can't, quite bothering if you are those who are easily disturbed by light. The room door is not firm when someone outside opens or closes their door, the pressure will push the room door to noise.
The room - clean and bright. Bathroom shower/heater condition very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.
From hotel to CAEXPO very near. Due to paek season, the room rate is high.
Great location, free minibar, amenities every day, free loundry
Most of staff doesnt speak english
Youthful and attentive staff
A backoffice person who apparently doesn't know how to feel up invoices for customers
