Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms were decent, about what we expected based on the reviews. We had a wonderful stay there and would stay there again.

They charged us for breakfast even though it said breakfast was included.

It’s a very nice, quiet and affordable place and the staff put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable. They speak very good English too.

We enjoyed our 21 day stay at Junshe Boutique hotel's top floor room with mountain view while studying Chinese at the nearby CLI school in Guilin. We liked the large room with king size bed and the space available to store our clothes. We also liked the excellent breakfast and the helpful owners Yoyo and Fei. Fei spoke English well and arranged several local tours for us.

It was difficult to bring the luggage up because there is no elevator, but Yoyo helped us with the luggage.

Everything was great, but it was a bit far from the city center.

Mr Ye and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful wooden furniture. Peaceful atmosphere.

Very good stay. Very nice rooms with very good comfort. Very nicely decorated. The Junshe team was very helpful with booking tours and train tickets. The communication for non chinese speakers was excellent in English. Easy transport by public bus to the city center.

Very clean and comfortable. The best thing about this guest house was Fei and her family who were so kind, friendly and helpful. We knew no Chinese but Fei booked a couple of tours for us, gave us recommendations for eating out, best buses to catch and where to find landmarks with pin drops etc. I would definitely recommend for English speaking guests who need a bit of help in China.Also breakfast was great with freshly made coffee and lots of fruit as well as eggs and toast. Thoroughly recommend ??❤️

Wonderful friendly English speaking hosts. Fei was so helpful in organising our itinerary for our 6 day stay and arranging purchase of event and train tickets and further accommodation. We had an awesome time staying there. Highly recommended.

Very nice and cozy hotel run by a friendly couple.Room was very nice, breakfast probably the best we had in China. Both owners speak very good English and helped us to plan our stay and to adjust tours to our needs, traveling with a child.We should have stayed 1 or 2 days longer. really a good choice!

Actually nothing. if you want to stay in the center of the center there are more centrally located hotels but for us this was okay. nice restaurants nearby and 10 minutes (and 2 Euros) by taxi if you want to go to the center.

The balcony view to the mountain, even tho it was semi-blocked by a rooftop of another building but you could still see the mountain.

1.Dishonesty from the staff when it came to the charges. I was given a price for car pick up from the airport and when I arrived at the hotel, the staff asked me for an additional price, claiming that the traffic was heavy, when in fact it wasn't. Also the charge for rice field tour, I was over charged and the group I went with from other hotels, said they have paid half the price I had been asked to pay, and they had a cable car included which it wasn't for me.2. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly and it didn't cool off well, it was hard to sleep because of the heat and the mosquitos.

This guesthouse is truly a gem. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and are helpful when it comes to figuring out what to do in and around Guilin. Their guesthouse emits lovely warmth and we could easily have stayed way longer!

Great location, very helpful hosts, beautiful and clean room. Meals were also delicious.

The owners were incredibly helpful and spoke great English. It's in a good location, on bus routes to the city centre and one of the train stations. I would definitely stay there again if/when I return to Guilin.

Lovely and clean accomodation. Very kind staff! they helped me with the booking of several tours during my stay in Guilin . Good location. The nearest bus station is 3 minutes from Junshue hotel. Guilin railway station around 15 minutes by car.
