Staff is very accommodated. He has tried his best to help customers and resolve our needs.

The room was well prepared before our arrival. It was cold and the room and prepared to keep us warm even before our arrival. Beds had heating pads and their room for families with kids was amazing. Enough toys and things to keep a 4 year old busy throughout. Comfortable bunk bed with double bed on the lower deck and single on the upper deck. On the whole nothing to complain.

the location of thr hotel is in a quiet village, perfect if you want to enjoy nature and a peaceful time in Guilin. The rooms are great, the staff helped us with absolutely everything, breakfast was tasty and you can even use their motorbikes for free... we came back again and will do it next year!

The location is slightly away from the main city, which we actually appreciated, as it gave us more tranquility while still being accessible by car or taxi. It’s also convenient to reach several tourist attractions in the area. Overall, this was a great stay and we would happily come back!

Great host. Apartment was big and very very clean. Good breakfast as well.Excursions from the hotel were on the pricey side, but found them totally worth it.Host very helpful and friendly, free laundry, restaurants around.

Great views from most of our rooms (a villa and a separate room); very serene location; customer service is excellent; included breakfast is fresh and wonderful.

Bathrooms in the villa need some updating to improve privacy and water drainage (eg with proper doors), short curtains did not work for us.

The hotel is in a very charming villa. The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked a room which had a couples massage included, which was very nice. Mr. Xiaoming was extremely helpful with everything we needed. It was my wife's birthday so he also helped me prepare something special for her.

The hotel is not very close to the city center and the tourists attractions. But there was the possibility to get electric bikes from the hotel for free which was very nice and helpful. Besides, Mr. Xiaoming also helps plan and book the visit to any tourist attraction.

The staff are so friendly and let you feel home ,welcome you with water, juice and watermelon even in the middle of the night.also the guide is so nice and offer very good insights and unforgettable moments ,i highly recommend this hotel ,also u get free scooter ,free laundry

The host was incredibly friendly, professional, and generous. He offered free watermelon every evening, provided complimentary e-bikes, free laundry service, and a delicious free breakfast. He also responded quickly to my visa document requests over email. Overall, the best and most thoughtful host I’ve ever stayed with!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was well taken care of, and the host went above and beyond. It felt like staying with a friend rather than just booking a place.

Beautiful area, and far from city center. Comfortable clean rooms with amenities and nice view. Breakfast was so good and freshly prepared. They provide electric bike and bicycles for guests to use, free of charge. Incredibly attentive and cooperative host, thank you Mr. Xiao. He gifted us watermelon and cookies before taking off to our next stop.

Service was amazing. From picking us up at the train station to arranging our tours, service was flawless. We had 8 people in our group, aged from 16 to 52. Everyone loved the use of the scooters, the location, and the kids especially enjoyed the plum juice. Just wished we had a couple more days there. Will definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Guilin.

When we went, it was especially hot. The air conditioning could have been a bit colder. But once it got later into the evening, it was cool.

The neighborhood is very cute and the offer of a free electric bike to travel around was very cool indeed.

Not sure that it felt like a problem but a slight lack of general tidiness in the property ... Actually all part of a laid-back style

This was a charming family run (I think?) in on a quiet little island off the main road in Northern Guilin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners made a great breakfast for everyone - choice of “Western” or “Chinese”. They also offered services like free use of motor scooters (super fun!) and free laundry. You had the sense you were in a quiet little neighborhood with kids playing games outside and little restaurants a short walk away. All delightful.

Not that I “didn’t like” or expected, but the rooms themselves aren’t luxury or brand new, but are certainly very clean, have everything you need and have lovely touches like a Chinese tea service ready for you in a window seat.

Everything is great! The place is very well managed. I and my two college student childen loved our two-day stay. The interior design and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The host is very friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He gave us many travel tips. We loved riding the scooters in the neighborhood. sincerely recommend it.

Everything was great the host is so organised and helpful. Very welcoming, the breakfast was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. The view was nice and the place is very calm. Again thank you for the warm welcome and for your help booking the tour and everything.

The hotel's service of picking up guests from the train station is excellent, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The free electric bike rental is the best choice. There is also free laundry service. The tour guide Qin arranged by the hotel is very professional. I will recommend it to my friends.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, with all the necessary amenities provided. It was also in a great location, which made it easy to get around and explore the area

lovely place - great location and Xiao Ming, the manager was amazing. We booked 2 day trips through him and had a lovely guide. The service was really personal and welcoming and the place is great value.
