Holiday Inn Express Guilin City Center By IHG

It is really close to the twin pagoda. Very nice clean spacious room.

Location was good and clean.

When we arrived at the hotel, they told us they couldn't accept the price we had booked through Booking.com, and demanded that we cancel the existing reservation and pay a higher cost. Because we couldn't find any other accommodation, we did as they said: we canceled the booking and paid the increased amount before we were finally able to use the accommodation.

Just out side the hotel have Lots of restaurants, shops around the property

Need face lift in the hotel , but the location is excellent

Efficient and kind staff. They had English speakers to address our inquiries. They also offered us a room upgrade.Location is very convenient, right near the food street and across the park.

Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff

Breakfast very limited and of medium quality

Location is convenient in center of town with a lot of food options. Rooms are clean.

Small room

Nice and comfortable bed, grate location

Breakfast was a 5 out of 10. Bathroom a beat old, and they over charged us for the boat tikets to yangshuo

The room is nice and clean with a good view. The location is in the city center. It is within walking distance to attractions. The staff are very helpful. They booked a taxi for us to the train station. At the hotel there is a booth where we can book day tour of Guilin.

Breakfast with limited varieties.

Good . Location good

Need a sink in the washroom for hygienic reason after using toilet . A bit disappointed

The room was comfortable and clean. Central location with pedestrian street, night market and tourist spots within walking distance. The staff are very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room facing another hotel and not sure if the window glass is even tinted as we can see through the opposite hotel rooms

excellent location and great value for the price. All spots were within walking distance. We used the travel desk and they were really helpful.

breakfast wasn't to my taste but the rest of the family enjoyed it.

The staff was very professional and specially the staff on the breakfast area. They are very helpful in providing me everything that I needed. Location is wonderful, right downstairs lots shops and local street foods. Great place to stay at Guilin and not too far from the piers for the boat rides on the rivers.

The location is perfect. The room was very warm (in January). Had to hold a 4h video conference via zoom, internet connection in the room was just brilliant! Free laundry service

Apart from several hangers, the room lacks clothes storage space

The location of the hotel was very convenient for restaurants and shopping. The staffs were friendly and attentive. There are noises from the market below which lasted quite late into the night.

There are no face towels which is a surprise to me.

Excellent choice for Guilin. Great rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location right in the middle of town. Would recommend if you are looking for good accommodation in Guilin.

Good location. Next to food alley. Very central.

Smoker left the cigarette at the dustbin next to lift. Staff were not helpful. I ask for general information about tour. The staff said don't know and refer me to travel agency

Good location. Very central. Walking distance to Li River. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Facility is very modern and clean.

The location and facilities are good. The room is nice and clean.
