- The location is close to the masjid. Good staff. The supported my request to avail a washing machine in the apartment.
Cons -
- The design of the apartment ( small bedrooms, toilets) Old furniture. Carpets , curtains and sofas. No enough ventilation for the toilets and the kitchen. Old wall paints, Dirty windows glass, with one of the main saloon sitting area broken glass. The staff was rushing my check out for bad planning to control the others reservation to check in the same day. The housekeeping service is not available 24hours even in Ramadhan and only in the daytime. The price is high comparing with facility quality. The gym & swimming pool are not well maintained, equipped with the needed exercise tools. The puplic area surrounding the hotel , parking was full of garbage and trash, seems no enough cleaning service attention to there. Some damaged power sockets observed. One of the elevators lights and fans were out of service for couple of days , kept it in use till it was repaired.
