I liked that it was near a few shops that I could walk to, and that the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a few very heavy bags and they helped out with those, which was so lovely. They were very punctual and kind.

Good location...good value for money....slightly larger bathroom would have been desirable. Taking bags up one floor was a bit of an issue for senior citizens.
