Located by the Bay of Fundy, this Smiths Cove property offers access to a private sandy beach and features a private oceanfront patio with each room. Whale watching cruises depart from Digby’s Marina, 5.6 mi away. A fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils are provided in every room at Hedley House Inn. Featuring hardwood floors, each room is equipped with cable TV and an private bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A playground, flower gardens and barbecue facilities are all on the Hedley House property grounds. An area transfer service is available and there is also a guest launderette on site. Very clean. Beach views right off the balcony. Very comfy beds. Easily accessible for my 84-year-old mother. Great breakfast included.  the hostess, offers her warm, personal touch to your stay.
Friendly staff. Awesome view. Great value for money.
Located on Annapolis Basin..deck overlooking basin..staff and management awesome..grounds spectacular gardens everywhere..breakfast to die for..well worth the money!!

Cons -

No, there was nothing wrong with it at all.
It is bit rundown due to age but still functional and well worth the price.
No..only thing missing (for me PERSONALLY ) was a grab bar in the shower..I have Osteo Arthritis and need help getting in and out of shower and bathtub.

Friendly owners who were very accommodating to our late night arrival.

Very dated and in need of renovations.
