location was great very very clean

Cons -

When I arrived they said no cabin for you! But I still got charged $156.91. Asked for a refund, still charged me a commission $26. I don?t think that?s right. They screwed up I should not have to pay anything!
The cottage was equipped with a heat pump in the living area which malfunctioned. It was cold when we arrived. It was tended to and worked. We woke up the the second morning and it was dead cold. There is no heat in the bedroom.

Cute and location
