- The lobby smells of stale smoke. Carpets are stained and disgusting. Woman at front desk was unfriendly.
- It was old, there was no privacy from the glass door, you could see inside.
- The bathroom tub backed up with water, this was a problem they knew about and have tried to have fixed and haven¿t been able to. A known defective room should not be rented.

The room was quite large, and very well kept. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries.
A couple of draw backs would be the king size bed are located on the second floor and there is no parking spots assigned to the second floor.
