After booking the most expensive room expecting a great experience it was such an unpleasant experience due to clogged sink and broken toilet (flush handle) Arrived at 10.30pm. I believe it was NOT an unknown piece of information and it’s ill-treatment!

Pleasantly surprised on how updated hotel was.

Ac didn¿t work in room. Was charged twice before second staff did see I had already paid online. Expensive for the random Friday we went.

Very spacious room, very comfortable beds, great food and service at the restaurant.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby.

Says 'No Parking - Fire lane' yet numerous vehicles parked there all day.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

On arrival we were given a smoking room. We are NOT smokers and would not accept a smoking room. Gross smell. Fortunately for my wife who is disabled, they had one disabled friendly room left which we took. Otherwise we were unable to stay.

Best hotel room we have ever had and we have seen many. Very modern. Great bath with a separate shower and bath tub. Great hi def TV and set up for USB recharging of devices. Had all day breakfast at the casino and a very fine beer from Big Rock.

No complaints. A short drive to Calgary from the casino so very convenient.

When we went to get a players card, the man at the desk sent us across the room. Two other people told us he should have helped us. Back we went and when his supervisor asked why he did that, he just smiled sheepishly. I guess he was eating dinner.

Responded excellently on my complain of the room given to me without a refrigerator. Upgraded us to a suite instead which we gratefully appreciated. Love the place and it's staff.

Air conditioner did not work. Room was extremely hot. Had a very poor sleep.

The server in the pub Hotel Employee she was fantastic and put up with a lot including working overtime bc the person on shift after fidn bother to show up. She also lent a hand in the restauarnt

Customer service was sorely lacking m, communication to guests. Was sorely lacking. Ie casino closed on xmas day. No one told the guests prior to booking. The pool was ice cold, the "hot tub" isnt one, its barely warm water hole not a hot tub, moldd.

Breakfast!! Great selection of food. The best 'included with room' breakfast that I have had in Canada. Hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. Beds were comfortable, room was quite large, bathroom was clean & quite nice, and our room was quiet.

The room was big and clean. I loved the variety of items for breakfast. Nice location close to the highway. Good quality for the price paid. An economical option for the expensive hotels in Banff or Canmore.

The check in was a little bit late ( 4.30 pm.

This hotel allows smoking in the room. The smell in the room is so bad. I had stay at smoking rooms, but this one is the worst. I started to cough. The location of the hotel is about 30 minutes from banff, but the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere.

It was nice and clean and very good beds very important when getting older

We had a nice warm welcome and the lobby was quite nice. The rooms are large and it was fairly clean. You get a complimentary buffet for breakfast and the pool was lovely.

Room service trays were still not picked up by 6pm from the night earlier. Had to change rooms at 11pm after the problem I had could have been solved by 9pm.

I liked the big rooms with a stand up shower. I hate tubs. This hotel had both. It's also very inexpensive for the area and us pet friendly.

There isn't much right around it, not even a gas station so don't roll in empty. If I owned that hotel I'd build a gas station and convenience store near it on the same exit.

Close to canmore

I was very unhappy that we couldnt get a non smoking room.i doubt i will gobavk. It was a horrible sleep because of it.

The resort was very clean, check in was quick and easy, we received a lottery ticket upon checkin! Food and drink were very reasonably priced and we received free cold buffet breakfast or $8 hot buffet. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
