Cons -
- Upon arriving at the hotel, I was charged a hidden fee that was not included in the email very unacceptable but yet the hotel said that it was an email and they could not find it themselves then they were very rude.?.
- There was no office onsite you had to walk a few blocks away to another hotel on opposite side of busy street. The room was on the street side & balcony view was the street Pictures included other location and tiki was not on site.so that was deceiving.
- Do not advertise as a 3 or 4 star hotel and then have pools that are half empty with green water and dirty rooms.
