- Other than the niece of the owners, the owners themselves were not very unfriendly. It felt like they didn’t even want us there? There was no attempt to work through Google translate to ask questions. But the niece of the owners was very helpful, as were the waitresses.
- They kept your passport in a pigeon hole at reception, welcome wasn’t that friendly at reception desk, accommodation a bit dated.
- The room was not clean and the toilet brush cup was full of dirty stuff from the previous guests. That was supposed to be cleaned before we checked in the room. The shower had handle problem. Over all not a great experience apart from the spa and the restaurant. They are lucky to have their hotel in a privileged location the only reason people keep going there. Too expensive for what they offer.We will not coming back!

Not amazing, not terrible. Just enough to spend some time on the island. The cleaning ladies were really nice and polite. Staff in general were OK, very little to no english. Breakfast was alright, except the scramble eggs that were terrible. I got what I paid for. Decent location close to the main square and to the very few decent restaurants on the island.

I was put in a room above kitchen which was extremely noisy Management made no effort to make me feel comfortable or welcomed
The location in San Domino Village was great. The room was very nice - clean, well-equipped and with a good balcony with table, chairs and deckchairs. Staff were friendly.
The breakfast was poor - at least from a British perspective. Choice was very limited and somewhat pre-packaged. No fresh fruit, limited choice of pastries - just very basic. Perhaps what Italians are used to but not to international tastes.The restaurant was good but expensive. We ended up eating and drinking in local bars - which were good and friendly.
I enjoyed that all services were available. This place has a gym, a spa and a delicious restaurant! I enjoyed my stay, it was a very scenic and relaxing getaway.
The side and main entry stayed completely open letting in several mosquitos. I get a pretty serious reaction to their bites so screens would be recommended. Otherwise, no complaints!
