Service: Very disappointed I was given a dirty ice tray all around the bottom of the tray as seen in the photo I did rub some off because i did not believe it. I spoke to the captain, all he could tell me was sorry that it happens. At my check out I was told I could get a free breakfast for my next visit which i do not plan on booking for a next stay. They did not offer me anything the day of .

Location, breakfast and gym

Location was great, close to stores and everything, food was decent, rooftop and gym nice if your using it.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable, no towels in room, no blow dryer and difficult communication.

Pool was great! Bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Parking should be part of the hotel.

Awful experience overall, poor quality hotel, the furniture looks very cheap, the room seemed like they didn't finish building it and was dirty. The people at the reception where not very nice. It felt more like a cheap hotel that what it announces itself to be. I would never go back out recommend it

First off the service was probably the best I have experienced. The rooms, the show was also amazing. Restaurant , room service and pool on the top

The hotel location is fantastic. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Felt super safe and offered many amenities. Was a great deal too! Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this place to others. Thanks!

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Helpful friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay visiting relatives in the area.

Housekeeping did not come 2 days in a row. We had to request towels toilet paper and soap from front desk. They responded promptly.

New, comfortable, friendly staff in a plaza with restaurants and centralized location.

The room was very modern and beautiful design. The rooftop was exceptional with beautiful views. The service and staff were excellent.

It was a little warm but we told the front desk and they sent someone to fix it.

We liked that the hotel was very near Parque Metropolitano, where the hot air balloon festival was held. The hotel is also attached to a small mall, with IHOP, Starbucks and a few shops. That made it very convenient to have breakfasts. Just next to the mall is a series of taco stands, we loved Tacos Papis! Our room was very new, modern and spacious, with a big floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the street.

It felt very impersonal, the staff who checked us in were polite but weren't really warm or welcoming. Breakfast wasn't included. Parking also came at an extra cost (80 pesos per night).

The parking lot, you have to pay extra fee since the hotel doesn't have any, you will pay for parking in the mall.
