Very friendly staff

The room was very small

The location was good, breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and finally appreciated the daily fresh towels.

The carpets are old and need to be replaced or professionally cleaned. They smell and are dirty, needed to wear flip-flops to keep feet clean. I know the rooms are small, but a fridge and kettle would have been so helpful throughout the week.

the first room: we were directed to a room with towels on the bathroom floor, waste bin full etc.he second room: then we were given the keys to another room. the carpet was stinky, the air conditioner wasn't working, and we were cold at night. tried to call reception but phone wasn't working either. we were too tired and thought the temperature is fine, so went to sleep. but the night got colder and were too tired to think of call reception from our cell phones. the morning, it was annoying when we were advised to do call from our cell phones, to tell that the air conditioner and the phone were broken and the wireless was poor.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a lovely surprise. We have had breakfasts at other hotels in France, which have just been yogurt and pastries. The breakfast was Eggs, charcuterie, sausages, crepes, cereal, fruit, and pastry. It was very nice.

The bed wasn't that comfortable, but for 1 night's stay, it was fine.

Loads of parking, easy check in with polite staff, bar area and room really clean. Room also included a simple but functioning AC and a hairdryer which was nice.

Quite small room, no safe or mini fridge and generally quite little storage space.

Location to Disneyland however very far from Paris and this information for tourists isn’t accessible in the hotel.

The restaurant wasn’t open and so the hotel only provided pizza which is fine but we had planned having meals.

Convenient location for going to Disneyland Paris. Great restaurants area about 10 mins by car. plenty of parking if travel by car, the room is average in size for a hotel in France, big enough for 2 people.

The room was too small. There are no places to put suitcases. For a family of 3 people.The breakfast was not too much variable.

Nice staff in reception who were willing to help us with everything. Nice and tasty breakfast. Clean hotel.

The location is accessible only by car. Using public transport takes a very long time. Closed restaurant in the hotel during this season (only drinks are available). Nothing around the hotel. Still far away from Disneyland (taxi EUR 5O). Small room and uncomfortable extra bed.

Location was good for us. Close enough to eateries to walk.

The air con....it didn't work, really poor. The noise until 4.30am from cars in the car park with music blasting was incredibly annoying.

staffs were amazing. solaane was very helpful.

Air conditioner & Elevator

The hotel has free parking, seems quite safe and spacious.The lobby has a very nice place where you can have (paid) drinks and enjoy the sun as well as look out.In this same place you take the breakfast. There is enough staff to attend what ever needs you may have.

The room we had smelled like sewage, as soon as the hotel staff was informed the manager said that they had a "special" spray they would put into the room, which was nothing more than some room freshener.When asked if we can change rooms, they only advised to be sold out.The smell was very disturbing and pretty much ruined our stay, the room is also extremely small, so that no luggage can be opened while the sofa bed is open.

very small roomsour airconditioning started dripping water in the middle of the night. however, for night two we received another room.half of the items in the menu were not available at the bar. breakfast was nice but it always felt like we had the last pieces available even though we were already there at 8:30.

summer 31. temperatures air conditioner not working

Excellent location as only 15-20 mins drive to Disneyland. Adequate free parking with electric charge points which was really useful as we were able to charge the car overnight (have to ask reception and they give a card to initiate the charging). Clean enough room although on the smaller side. Good sized bathroom with powerful shower.

Nothing in particular. It served the purpose of cheap, cheerful and functional for sleeping/showering in between long busy days at Disneyland.

great personnel, very friendly. beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean. breakfast is good. localisation is perfect! close to city centre of Paris and to Disneyland. We really recommend this hotel :) it was good experience!

Friendly staff

The room had mould everywhere. Not seen anything as dirty in a long time. How this hotel has not been closed down yet, I do not understand.On top, the heating did not work and staff had to bring me a small electric heater to keep the temperature “bare able”z
