- EDIT: I was given the opportunity to change my review from Booking customer service, because the owners LIED in response to my original review. For this reason I'm changing the rating from 8 to 1, as this is scandalous and outrageous behaviour. I do not consider them nice owners anymore. Original review: Very close to attractions in Tatev. Good breakfast. Very nice owners.
- Really nice people, big breakfast and something more in the evening (fruits, sweets...). And the accommodation was also very good.

- EDIT: I was given the opportunity to change my review from Booking customer service, because the owners LIED in response to my original review. For this reason I'm changing the rating from 8 to 1, as this is scandalous and outrageous behaviour. The response to my original review: "Our gate was open. Why did you write that it was closed? And what about the ants, you put candy on the table, that's why an ant appeared. That's not how you came.". The owners lied in response to my original review. One important question to the owners at the beginning: why would I write something untrue in my opinion? I gave you a rating of 8, which is a really great rating. The gate to the property was closed when we arrived. I had to enter through the wicket myself, look for the door to your apartment and knock, and only then you came downstairs and opened the gate for us. Ants were walking on the table even though there was nothing on it. It was not one but many ants. We didn't leave any food on the table. We didn't even have any candy with us, so what are you talking about? We even saw you killing ants while preparing us breakfast (they kept walking on the table while we were eating). It's a scandal that the owners lie so blatantly about these matters. Original review: The owners live upstairs, the guests live downstairs. You can hear everything from the owners' house, the children are very noisy, they were running around until 10pm. If you want to go to bed early, there is little chance you will fall asleep. The water pressure was very weak, the shower would take you much longer than usual. Terribly old towels. Ants were walking on the kitchen table (you eat at this table). When we arrived, the gate was closed and it was dark both on the street and in front of the property.
