Very friendly staff and everything was very well organized, clean, and attention to detail

It was just perfect. The staff were great, very helpful. The Onsen was amazing, indoor and outdoor. The pool was great with floaties for guests to use, and inflatable small swimming pools on the side of the pool for babies.The breakfast was awesome, and very nice views from the big windows.The hotel is less than a 10min drive from Sokodo beach. Great place.

I walked from the airport to the hotel, it was good weather and I just had a backpack (less than one hour). Otherwise you can get there by taxi very quick. Service personal was great. I spoke with them in Japanese but I think they are also able to speak English. They explained everything in detail. You can rent bikes. Due to the rain I booked a shuttle bus to the city next day (free of charge). I also took a shuttle from the hotel to the airport on my last day(free of charge). The pool is nicely located in the green. There is an indoor and outdoor Onsen, which is great. Breakfast and dinner (buffet during summer time) was great. The view to the ocean from the restaurant and room is great. Last but not least, a must go for detective Conan fans because a movie played here and locations of the movie are near by.

Our room smells strong because of mold fungus. Wals long time not renovated.

I liked its atmosphere when I entered the hotel.Nice outside onsen with the great view (facing the ocean). Room is a great size for two with double sized beds. Clean bathroom. They have yoga mat available for rental (400 yen) I did yoga in front of the hotel outside, which was feeling really nice.

excellent service, really friendly staff that also provided free port pick up and airport delivery. We were happy about the possibility to rent e-bikes to go around the island as the bus and taxi services are not sp convenient. the inhouse onsen was great too!

without a rented car the location is not good for discovering the rest of the island. the e-bikes help but you need to be fit to use them as they don’t help much uphill

Isolated place but free shuttle service from and to the airport. Hire a electric bicycle for 2000 yen for 24h if you are fit and traveling alone. This allowed me to reach all over the island inclding Miharashi Onsen and closest entrance of the Hachijo Fuji mountain walking entrances. Booked ocean view and could spend relaxing three nighs stay. Staff are very professional. Very nice hot spring like bath (daiyokujo) with nice ocean view is equipped.

The staff were SO helpful. Very welcoming and patient with my limited Japanese.

The food and facility were excellent.

Location is a bit far from the city
