Hotel Fuchs & Hase SELF CHECK IN

The check-in instructions were clear. They send a pre–check-in form to complete, and once that’s done, you’ll receive the codes for the main door and your room. Parking is in an open area just a short walk away. When we arrived, there were no staff on duty, but everything was straightforward and we had no issues.The bed was comfortable, and the room looked exactly like the pictures. As mentioned in other reviews, you can find kettles downstairs near the breakfast counter — there are a few available for guests to use. Since no food is allowed in the room, we had our dinner at the breakfast area and used the plates and utensils there, washed them, and returned them afterwards. You can also purchase hot and cold beverages and snacks from the machine.The view from our room was spectacular — we absolutely loved it. And right next door, there are three friendly alpacas (super cute!). Do note that you shouldn’t feed or touch them. There’s also a big apple tree nearby, which adds to the charm of the place.

There was construction happening in the morning. Thankfully, we left early — otherwise it would have been noisy and disturbed the peaceful atmosphere and view.

Everything was perfect. Easy self check-in, big parking place, quiet location. We had a very nice modern and comfortable room with a balcony. We also liked the restaurant and the option to order breakfast via automat.

- Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke- EV charger was only able to charge 6-7 kW/h- very thin walls, you could hear people talking in the rooms next to you- smartTV was not able to connect to the hotel WiFi, so no TV possible

I tried to check in 2 hours earlier that was denied because they were so busy ,I know it can be make possible if the good will is there not all rooms are right at 4.00 Pm ready

Outside nice and simple. Inside a complete shock to how beautiful it was.

The pillows on the bed were a bit too soft. It was hard to get comfortable. Felt like my head was. Better off with no pillows

So hassle free even there were no staff in building, there were also food, tea and coffee in machine whenever you need. All amenities were available, very nice place, so worth to visit.

There were no closet enough for dress and no elevator for those people who have lots of bag or can not climb the stairs otherwise everything was so good.

Hotel Fuchs & Hase is a nice boutique hotel, with modern furniture and friendly staff. Our room was small but cozy, with a balcony (and a really nice view), a mini fridge and a safe. Location is good, near Rosegg Animal Park and Velden am Wörthersee. Breakfast was OK, it must be booked a day in advance on-site and there are a few different menus (with different prices) available. Self check-in worked great, no problems there.

We visited in December and our room was very cold; we had a tiny radiator but it took a really long time to heat up the bedroom and even then it was only around 20°C. The bathroom was also rather cold even though it had underfloor heating. Maybe other rooms are better, we had the one on the edge of the building with two external walls which might've contributed to the cold. The walls are also very thin, we heard our neighbours talking at night.

Lovely and clean with plenty of parking in front of the property.

Only one thin blanket which seemed not enough for a cold winter night. Could not find spare blankets anywhere.Breakfast can be pre-ordered on a computer. Had few different options but seemed expensive if wanting to pick your own options.

Good location, near the town Rosseg ( animal park, castell, biking routes), nice decorated and well equipped room, parking available, nice staff.

there is no Air condition in the room- during the summer period in extremely hot days I would really appreciate it

Poor breakfast

Lovely quiet location, room was clean and provided glasses rather than plastic cups which was a bonus! Very modern and well co-odinated. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. There was a beautiful lounge area for guests to relax in withhold provision for children.

It would be a benefit if rooms had tea/coffee making facilities as we were tired after a long drive and the only provision was a coffee machine in the lounge to be paid for.

The property is in a very peaceful location very close to Wörtersee. Everything is self check in, even breakfast but it works flawlessly. The room was very clean and tidy with everything you need for a few days stay.

It was only missing an air conditioner but it wasn’t hot outside so we could cool down the room by opening windows.

Nice hotel in the nature, friendly staff, clean room.
