It’s a new property - everything is clean, spacious, and well appointed. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, both of which far exceeded our expectations. But by far the best part was the staff who were excellent!

Very bad breakfast, poor quality food.?The heating system is the air conditioning, which, if left running, gives you a headache from the ventilation; if turned off, it’s very cold.?Unfriendly staff. We got sick because of the conditions and requested a refund for the last two days. They refused, so we left and will never come back to this hotel.Don’t go if you want even a minimum level of comfort.

Hotel is well designed, very modern, very clean. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

New hotel, clean and modern, nice room for children. Good food, although not much variety. Close to the park, close to the Therme.

Nothing much to do with a small chcild around. The staff in the restaurant was not very friendly and quite slow. We liked Jufa Annaberg *** better compared to this one

Beautiful new hotel with a stunning location, free access to a huge thermal spa, decent breakfast, and dog-friendly amenities. It is the perfect choice!

We were delighted because we lived on the ground floor, from where we could go out directly into the garden. The room is spacious enough, well equipped with everything necessary, new, modern furniture, exemplary cleanliness! Breakfast a bit poor, but if you found your favorite food, it was enough! Free entry to Therme spa.

The time we were staying at Jufa, it was wet and cold, so the heat in the room was absolutely necessary! We were given the option to set this temperature from the thermostat, but the moment we left the room, someone would come in and lower the temperature from the thermostat... I did NOT like that at all!!! Austrians should learn that not everyone on earth has to agree with their ideas and that if I like it to be warm in the room and you gave me this possibility, it annoys me if you deceive me!! ! I do NOT stay in a room at 20°C because Austria got used to it!!!

Almost everything. I was surprise to have a room with a terrace on the first floor. I had a dog so it was very convenient for us. The staff were all nice and accomodating. The breakfast had also a lot of varities to choose.

The Spa/Therme is in the other area outside the hotel.

Very friendly, clean, excellent breakfast. Right on our travel route and an excellent deal with 4 hour entry to the nearby spa.

Clean, spacy rooms, fridge, extra bath towels and bath coat for the whole family to use in the thermal park. Thermes are 5 minute walking distance. Very tasty breakfast. Playground for children.

Everything was perfect, the only thing we would welcome some coffee in the room, there was only tea bags.

The AC got wrong during the night. It was terrible on the hottest day of the month ?.... outside was colder, we had to open the terrace doors, to cool down the room .... there was nobody at the reception after 11pm, the hotline from Vienna couldn't do anything ? For the morning, somehow, it started to work again. The stuff was nice, kind, and handled the situation the other day with respect.

Not so many places for older kids to play. It’s a massive place but not that much for kids only one smallish room. Kids club more geared towards little kids. Therme inclusive is good but sadly not located on site - only a short walk but still on site is always nicer. Food was mixed feelings - waffle /pancake machine for kids to burn fingers on. Breakfast was good but evening meals to be improved. Meats were either super dry or super oily. Desserts were dry and stodgy most times they just needed vanilla sauce or something. Salads were good overall though seemed overpriced for half board especially for the kids. Service was quick but also tad chaotic.

The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff, from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff were all amazing, super kind, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and safe. The check-in is fast and comfortable, the information at the check in is given very professionally by amazing reception staff. The hotel is located just next to many stores, restaurants, wellness resorts and pools and surrounded by nature. The hotel offers many indoor and outdoor activities and they are also pet friendly. The rooms are super clean, housekeeping staff is also very quiet in the mornings, the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The buffet is huge, always full, clean, the food is wonderful, the staff at the breakfast is super kind and attentive. We felt taken care of at all times. They offer whatever one’s heart can desire and more. The restaurant offers amazing mini versions of their local foods in the form of Tapas, which I think was really incredible since we got to try many dishes in one go. All of the ingredients are extremely fresh and locally produced.Honestly, we were above happy and already made a new reservation to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you dear Team Jufa Badradkesburg, everyone id extremely lovely, cannot wait to be back!

Everything was absolutely perfect

Clean and modern hotel with good breakfast and inkl 4h Bade Thermeneintrit, which is good bonus. Therme and old coty are 5 min. walking distance from hotel. Everything was nice, it is good place for rest.

Very nice area, with relaxing views but also grocery stores close by. Very clean rooms and all around. The kids area was a highlight and nice children activities too. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff! Definitely worth a trip!

Excellent breakfast

Not much parkig place, and if the ones on the grass is occupied then it is far. I was lucky i could park to the grass next to the hotel
