I like only the view from the restaurant.

I didn't like it at all. The food every day was the same. They changed the towel in the 5 th day. The restaurant staff was very young(16-18 years old)and unprofessional. I don't recommend. The beach is terrible. There is no beach.!!!!!! You will see on the pictures. That was the worst place which i been.

Wifi is extremely slow, too many people, so connection is horrible and you have to have your own internet if you wanna do more than social network checking. They don't clean rooms and don't change towels during stay. Only children working in the loby and all areas, not sure who to contact if you need something.

Desgusting

Space, food, lack of music and entertaiment, no care for guests, no cleanning, no towels no toilet paper no soap, no coffe, you have to pay for, or walk around to the free ness included dink, juices a stupid water combination with soming that you cannot drink, poor food options and no water in the room.

The hotel is nice. Swimming pool area is really nice. Food was great

They definitely can improve on the mattresses which are not comfortable and cleaning. Our bathroom was a disaster.

The pools were huge and very clean. They were not too crowded.Very close to a wild beach (sand was ok, the waves not too big)Food was ok most of the times, there was usually enough variety to chose from.The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the boy at the reception and the lifeguards at the slides.Rooms were very spatious with a lot of storage space, cleaned everyday, towels and bedding changed after 3 nights.Overall it was great value for the money we paid.

There were a lot of seaweed in the water and on the beach. Since the resort is quite large, maybe they should consider some improvements to the nearby beach.Some of the staff didn't speak english or spoke at a minimal level.Last dinner, the meatballs were only cooked on the outside, and completely raw on the inside. It was a sunday, so maybe they were rushing because it was more crowded than usual, but i think somebody must check the food before putting it out. I gave some to my 3yo without checking them(i noticed after the first bite and did not give him more), 10m after he threw up everything he ate after that.I pointed this out to someone on the staff and all she said was "sorry". I did not check to see if they removed the remaining meatballs from the buffet, as i was quite shaken up by the toddler not feeling well so we left.Overall it was great value for the money we paid.

no seats at the pool

Clean pools with slides, 1 minute walk from the building to the sea. Always enough loungers, and always some free umbrellas at the beach. Food selection (except deserts, which are good, but always running out quickly). Couple of kids programs (twice a week, not enough, but good programs with dancing and drawing activities). The rooms themselves and the view - very adequate space, furniture, AC, balcony, with a screen against insects.Surprisingly good Wi-Fi in the rooms (it is a problem in other hotels in Bulgaria).

Cleaning ladies did not sweep in our room for 5 days of our stay in a row, our sheets were not changed a single time. They only came on the day of checkout, entered twice without knocking before noon (checkout time). On the 3rd day of our stay 5 cleaning ladies had a break on the stairs in front of the entrance to our building, smoking cigarettes, and completely blocking the entrance. Staff at the bar and restaurant never smile, and they rarely confirm they heard you when you ask for something. Special thanks Maya, a busser in the restaurant, who tried to prevent us from taking 1 peach from the canteen. We saw people leaving with full plates of food from the restaurant, but she decided we can't take 1 single peach that we wanted our 5-year-old to eat between lunch and dinner. A bit strange for the all-inclusive.We had to wake up together with the children camp nearby - they would turn on the morning exercise music so loud that it was heard all around our buildings too.On the last day the elevator broke, and stayed broken between 5pm and 11am the next day. For us on the 5th floor it was quite a few stairs.

It was very clean and the pools were great.

There is no beach near the hotel.In the all inclusive restaurant there are no labels on the food.

If you do not have car, it is difficult to reach the closest villages, cities. There is taxi service. They do not speak english or very poor. At the arriving they did not accept EURO to pay. Probably we arrived at the very early season.

I really liked the apartment and the pool with a non stop program, peace and safety

The cleanliness... everything full of dust (bedside tables, wardrobe), sand (on the table, on the fridge, the shower tub full of black sand), thick and old cobwebs, dirty sink and toilet...In addition, they had a very careless attitude... I pointed out at the reception that instead of a large refrigerator, we had a minibar (because they gave us a different apartment than the one reserved). The receptionist told us that all the rooms are equipped with minibars. After I showed her the pictures of the reservation, it was resolved, but not without a pointless wait during our vacation.Strange, but the bag from a Decathlon UV protection shelter disappeared from our room. I asked the reception to ask the cleaning ladies, that maybe they took it by mistake... they called a lady, who disappeared into a room... I waited... I went after her, after some minutes later of waiting....she sat very quietly in an armchair and said that they did not find anything. But I was waiting for the answer. It's clear that it hurt her ass and she wasn't looking for anything.

We liked the pools and the fact that the rooms are spacious with great view.

It was not as clean as expected, there were ants + the air conditioner was leaking.

Great location. Good water pools. Clean.

Every thing else - just average to below average. Breakfast- below average, coffee machines won't work, often a long queue for coffee. breakfast - not nicely kept. just kept. no presentation whatsoever. tables weren't clean, staff would not even smile. the receptionist would provide no information about anything- (like jetski- which is a 6-minute walk away or the local transport or anything else that you may want to ask). beds weren't made, the mattress was not good. had to take several blankets to put on it to get it basic comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great and very clean as well. I hadn't booked any food so I had to dine at another restaurant at the hotel and I was not pleased with the quality. However, it was a fair value for money and I did enjoy my vacation. There aren't many options to have food or go out nearby.

A bit of an isolated place, a huge resort it will be very crowded at midsummer.

Access to private beach. Two big pools. Spacious rooms. Good meals. Turkish speaking personelle at the restaurant.

"0" instructions about anyting at all... you have to find your room yourself. You need to ask for wi-fi password. you need to find the "alarm-like" looking fuse to enable heater, you need find the main pool yourself. No signs, no tag, no instructions about anything.. They do not care booking.com as well. They reply the booking.com questions very late and answers include no solution but only self-defense. In the end they said "we are 3 star hotel this is what we give.." Pools are very but shallow. Maybe less than 1.5 m.

Great wide pools and view to the sea, good parking... away from the busy towns and beaches, peaceful...

Understaffed, not enough pool chairs, no activities offered, furniture in rooms very basic and kind of old, bed/matrices also getting uncomfortable...

The room was very good, and the hotel has a lot of opportunity, pool, location was excelent.

The dinner was cold, and the pecara was not fresh. In the kichen there wasnt any spoon, fork, glass and so on.

The pool is very clean and perfect for kids and families. The room was very big and comfortable. The beds are nice and comfortable. We had a very spacious terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the sea as well. The food was ok too. The kitchenette is not equipped, but it was never advertised otherwise, plus we read the reviews, so never expected anything, we just brought everything we needed. The rooms are cleaned every morning, the towels are also changed on a need to basis, you need to leave the towels on the floor so they know you need clean ones.

A lot of unsupervised kids/teenagers from what i guess were summer camps, a bit annoying in the restaurant, because they weren't following any rules, they were very noisy, getting food on the floor, but that has nothing to do with the resort itself. I read comments that the employees do not clean the floor, but I saw them cleaning after each meal every table with disinfectant and the floor as well, so it is not their fault as it is the tourists that are very messy.
