Nothing. I chose this place thinking that my mum and dad will be safe and would have spent a good night sleep instead they got woken up from a man that open their door in the middle of the night. Pictures trick you in choosing this place but reality is wayyyyy different.

Their system of checking in. Check out is at 10:30 but you cannot get a room before 15:00 and after 19:00 nobody will be there to assist you. I called to see if we could have check in around 13:30 but i have been told that the room was not ready. So we came back in the night and we did not find any envelope with keys inside, as promised. There was only a piece of paper with the key in the middle of the desk. We checked if something else was there but nothing, not even a name on the paper but we took the keys because that is what they told us on the phone.When entering the door the smell of ammonia was very strong but we could not open any windows because there is only a door to the outside. It was only a quick stay so my parents took a shower and went to bed. In the middle of the night somebody opened their door and scared them, they could not go back to sleep after that.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, with a beautiful lake view and convenient parking.However, the setup is more like a motel, with all rooms located side by side on the ground floor. As a result, there's quite a lot of noise from other guests walking and talking outside, even at night. The rooms have external doors, and on two occasions someone tried to enter our room—most likely confused due to the identical appearance of all the doors, but it was unsettling nonetheless.The double bed was uncomfortable, as it was made of two single mattresses pushed together, creating a gap that made sleeping difficult. The bedding was also frustrating—an itchy bed cover with a thin sheet over it, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell, reminiscent of hospital cleaning products, which made the atmosphere feel rather unwelcoming.

Nice location, but to reach only by car. Very nice spot near the lake, truly peaceful. Each room has a terrace with pretty coffee table and chairs. The room is nice organized

I found stains on the towels, that is unacceptable. The outside light didn’t stop during the night, a bit inconvenient. There were no vegetables for breakfast

The location was close to the Malpensa airport by car, the staff was very helpful, the location was far from everything but very scenic by the lake if you want to relax or use it as a stop for your trip

There was a stain on the bedsheets, the breakfast was a bit poor but good for the price

Really friendly staff and good breakfast option included. The location is really wonderful and it is the third time we are coming back to stay here.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, especially a double room with a double bed, which has two separate mattresses that keep dividing.

The location, right by a little lake.The lady at breakfast was very nice and did a great job.The restaurant (in a separate building) is very nice and super dog friendly.

It wasn’t very clean. There was a window/door leading outside but the windows were all darkened, so one couldn’t actually see outside. Also, no window that could be opened for some fresh air, only a doir but we have two dogs that we cannot let run around free.Lots of dog poop on the property! Everywhere! Very disgusting…

The coffee was horrible. Some cheap instant....

We especially liked the comfortable bed and the location next to a small lake.

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast as much. For us, it could have been better with some vegetables included.

Own terrace with an outdoor table and two chairs and close access to the car (with the possibility to bring luggage easily). Excellent breakfast.

Not that I didn’t like, but it was a small inconvenience with the heating system, tho it was taken care of by the hotel - the receptionist directly found us an another place to stay and it was covered by them - the 2 nights and transport fees to the new hotel! I’m sure the place is beautiful and enjoyable other times than our time of come.

A little confusing to get to, but a nice little spot close to the airport in a quiet area. You can hear other visitors walking and driving around the complex on the gravel, but was all we needed before our flight back to Aus from MXP.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be near Malpenza. It is a quiet location and very easy check in process.

It was located in a quiet and reserved area, next to a beautiful little lake. The property was big, the surroundings were nice, with lots of space to chill on the grass under the trees. The room was comfortable and fresh enough. Good bathroom.

The breakfast could've been better.

Clean comfortable venue close to airport (22 minutes drive) with good size bathroom (although shower very small), good restaurant nearby & good breakfast

Outside light (room number 8) was an issue trying to sleep

The lake near the hotel is not available for swimming. The restaurant at location is closed on Monday and Tuesday. So, it requires to drive to dine out or to swim. Thought, it is just 10 minutes.

Convenient motel style hotel with no stairs and rooms opening onto small terrace making it easy to move luggage from the car. Breakfast is served in the hotel but there is also a restaurant in the adjacent building. Note that this was closed on Monday. Pleasant location beside a lake.

None, it provided everything we needed.

Very good bed, good bathroom, wifi ok, direct exit if you wish (not my case)

TV, no table with chair inside, windows not transparent (no view to the lake)
