Featuring a sun terrace with swimming pool, an extensive garden and a spa center, the Canadian Resort Vallarta is located inside Flamingos Golf Club and 3.1 mi from the beach. The apartments with colorful décor offer air conditioning, wardrobe, seating area and cable TV. All come with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and with views of the garden or El Quelete Lagoon. The Canadian Resort Vallarta features an on-site bar as well. Children’s playground, games room, beach towels, temazcal treatments and room service are also available at this property. Activities such as kayaking, surfing, boating and fishing can be arranged. This complex is located in Nuevo Vallarta, 15 minutes’ drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and a 30-minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta Bay. The property has a vehicle that seats 6 people and can provide transportation to major destinations.

- no breakfast offered
- The breakfast and staff were good. The grounds, grass, lagoon and wildlife spectacular.
Cons -
- bed were rock hard, sheets were shred bare, blanket had holes, 2 mornings no hot water, no coffee maker, no microwave, 2 pots, frying pan unusable, chairs old and uncomfortable. 1.5 kms on a gravel road off highway
- Lack of towels and those we had were old thin and Grey. False advertising in that it was close to nothing, the restaurant was closed, and we couldn't even get coffee or a snack, had to track down water the place was rundown and old. The chainsaw was buzzing all morning. No cushions or pool towels etc
