We had a classic room and did not expect a wonderful room but our balcony was directly in front of a dilapidated building with junk all over.

Excellent location, very clean, very responsive staff, good breakfast, nice outdoor pool, comfortable beds, Excellent and quiet air conditioning.

Need more shade solutions in the pool. Do like to see heated pool in the spa.

Very nice hotel with great location. the infinity pool is amazing, breakfast superb.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we received our room 1.5 hours before official time.The hotel manager was professional: she apologized about the AC problem, took responsibility, and offered us a complimentary lunch/dinner. Since we didn’t use it, they gave us a €50 discount at check-out, which we appreciated.Most of the staff were kind, welcoming, and provided warm service.

The floor in the room was not very clean upon arrival.The plunge pool in our balcony was extremely cold and unusable, despite being a paid upgrade.On the first day/night the AC did not cool. The technician initially ignored the real issue and only after insisting did he clean a heavily clogged filter.Both main pools were also very cold, which reduced our enjoyment.At check-out, when I asked about a billing matter, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, leaving us with a poor final impression.

The hotel standards are interContinental all the way ?the staff everywhere pleasant ? I will empathize one staff member Victor he did everything to make us happy ? and even upgrade our booking with free breakfast, which by the way was perfect ?? thanks ?

Very welcoming staff. Comfy and spacious rooms. Great service. Walking distance from centre.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom was a highlight - amazing water pressure in the shower and perfect lighting. I also loved the balcony with its beautiful view of the water. The rooftop pool was a major perk - adults only, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff up there were super friendly.

We accidentally left our towels on the loungers, and when we returned, they were gone. When we asked for replacements, we were told to go back downstairs to request more. It would’ve been nice if the staff took ownership and brought them up instead.

Excellent location, and facilities. Plunge pool in the room was a wonderful treat. The pool area was great. Amazing staff in the spa. Very kind staff. Extremely clean and well maintained. Some thoughtful touches eg turn down service.

We thought the whole experience was excellent. But we were disappointed that it wasn’t more clear we’d booked a room only rate without breakfast included. Breakfast was €80 for 2 adults and a child- this was more expensive than three of us eating lunch from the a la carte menu. We felt this was too expensive for a buffet breakfast. We felt Booking.com hadn’t made it clear enough during the booking process that it was a room-only rate. And felt that the breakfast was poor value for money as an add-on. Apart from this we had an excellent stay.

Everything ia very comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was elaborate. Staff is very helpful and friendly, particularly Victor, Fotini and Vangelis at the reception area. Rooftop pool was very nice!

Delightful new hotel, walking distance to the center of town. Super friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet with lots of fresh produce and gluten-free options on demand. Wellness and pool area are very nice. Quality of the beds and sofabed for our daughter also.

Nothing major. Just a little noise from the paddle pool at night (seaview rooms each have a small infinity paddle pool).

Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Croissants could have been fresher and warmer but everything else was lovely. Beds very comfortable and brilliant room.

Checkin took ages, even though there was not a queue!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everything was excellent. Loved the breakfast and that setting looking out over the infinity pool at the sea just brings a smile every time.

The location was great, very close within 5 minutes walk to the lake in the town center. The breakfast was amazing and must-have when you stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has all amenities you need. They have 2 swimming pool areas with amazing view.

Overall, it was not a 5 star hotel worth. When we were there, there was a leakage from the ceiling on the hall. They fixed it in one day, but the next day there was another leakage on the same hall and on the ground floor as well. It gives an uncomfortable feeling. Further, they dont change the towel during our 3 nights stay there. The music in the hall was quite loud until midnight, we had to call the receptionist to remind them. We had a classic room, and it was rather small, just a bed with one chair. Checking out took quite some time, when paying with a different credit card than the one used during check in, they had to fill in all the details again. In the end, there were just things here and there that dont add up as a 5 star hotel. The simplicity, the ease and the comfort was not on par if i compare with others.

Location, quality of facilities and staff hospitality

New hotel, great pools and breakfast area. Amazing spa area. The scent of the hotel!

Breakfast fruit could have been a wider range.

A nice modern hotel. Perfect location, very good breakfast , the beds were super comfortable. The staff, especially Maria and Cristina were very helpful.

We should have leave at 7:00 before te breakfast begins. So we asked for the breakfast boxes.They prepared the boxes, but it was too limited: one croissant, one brioche, one biscuite, one plum and water.

The Spa was our favorite. The breakfast by the pool on the 5th floor was very nice, although we would have appreciated more gluten free and vegan options at the buffet and vegan milks for coffee. The room was nice, shower was nice.

The toilet flushing mechanism was so strong that toilet water was constantly splashing back onto the seat so each time you use the toilet you have to clean the seat very well. We felt this was not very hygenic.

Design and location

Well, swimming pool at balcony is a not great idea)) it is too small and a bit noisy while pumping. Also everting cleaning is not great. I think hotel is new and cleaning staff needed to be educated for routine procedures. Towels, bathrobes, cleaning cups etc, were not at same level during our 10 nights stay.

The rooms are well appointed, clean with plenty of hangers. The “old town” is a very easy stroll where there are many good restaurants and shopping streets. The view from the hotel is lovely. There is street parking opposite the main entrance but if this is full the hotel will park your car for you. The welcome drink is great and the bar/dinning/pool venues are of high quality with wonderful water views.
