Having more drink water available in the room, possibly recycled water to reflect commitment to sustainability.

It is well located, comfortable and the restaurant is really good.

Just the location of the hotel as it is based in the city centre. The staff and ambience were good and accommodating.

Destination to reach the hotel was in circles as the google maps take you to the destination but you can’t find the hotel as it is located above the road and the parking entrance is so isolated you can’t even find the entrance unless you read the signs and follow them carefully. Had to call the reception to find the details. Parking is not included so we ended up paying €45 and €4.5 city tax for 2 nights and also the 2nd day hotel prices were different to the 1st day which were a surprise (and breakfast is not included ☹️) and when asked the staff said they don’t know why and they think it’s because it being a New year (which is absurd) as when we booked it initially it never mentioned the breakdown of 2 night prices. If you’re travelling from the UK, you need to keep these extra charges in mind.

Room was good and the breakfast top. Bar also serves different drinks.

In the bar, don't sit down on the couch. it really take ages before they serve you. And don't expect to use the soccer table for fun. As the bar manager in a suit was telling us, we should keep the fun quiet as there are paying guests at the bar (as we were obviously not :D)

Staff is friendly

Hairdryer not strong enough. It stops to cool down. It takes a lot time to drying and stylish the hair.Mattress should be replaced, it was sagged or sunken in the middle and the pillows too high and way too hard. Maybe different hardness of pillow could be available in the roomAlso, gym does not open until 9:00am.

Central location, clean , very friendly and helpful staff

The location is excellent, near the city lake and close to the main square. The room was big and even equipped for people with disabilities.

I think towels should be provided for the spa for all the guests in addition to the obes provided in the room.

The cleanliness was great. The casting facility on the TV was very convenient. Lot of restaurant selection closeby.

They did not allow three people( even a six year old) in the same room with the same charge. The charge was 40/night additional to the existing charge. Using swimming pool was also at a charge. Looks like none of the facilities were included in the charge of the room booking.

Clean, comfortable rooms in an excellent central location to town. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

The window wouldn't close fully in our room or our kids' room. Tried calling the front desk but no reply. Thankfully, even with the windows a bit ajar the A/C still worked and noise wasn't a problem.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is conveniently located in the activity centre and lose to the tranquil lake. The room’s very clean. The staff including cleaning ladies and especially Nicolas who worked in Thursday ( 11 July), Friday (12 July.) and Saturday(13 July) mornings at the counter of the kitchen were very helpful, friendly and polite.

I asked for a late check out at 13:00 instead of 11:00 and they asked for a charge of 20 euros.

Good location- right in the centre of the town with easy access to the lake. Food was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad. I think they could be more careful about waste in relation to the amount put out for breakfast.

Location, hotel, staff were soo friendly and helpful

it cannot be helped but there were a few silverfish in my room, I did not complain as it is difficult to catch these.

good breakfast, remember to cook your eggs yourself, there's prepared scrambled eggs but no cooked ones

the drain in the bathroom was leaking right onto my feet and the junk coming out of it ran onto my feet, fail there

Breakfast could be better as it is quite pricey
