Price was reasonable.

I was unable to find the entrance .When I called for help the desk clerk told me where the parking was but there was no parking available so could not find hotel entrance. Clerk "then I can't help you" & hung up. Could not get in so I had to leave.

Service, location for concerts

Room felt a bit old, carpet floor (often not smelling good), bed not so comfortable

Late check in. Comfy bed. Spacious bedroom and nice bathroom.

noisy. My bedroom was on the 7th floor and there was a continuous humming like a vaccuum noise all night long... not ideal to sleep.

The room was clean, water provided, little treats also. Very quiet room on the fourth floor with great view out to the stadium.

I liked its location.

The wall paper is hideous. It says it’s 4* but I’ve stayed in better 3* hotels and the price is  rip off and not worth it.

Very kind staff, close to the arena, good communication.

1. They dare block you 150 euros deposit so think twice before you book as they don’t warn you, even if you chose pay at property it’s additional not deductible.2. Stains on carpet, tiles broken in shower, showers broken x3 , dirty bed sheets, stains on walls, changed 3 times room, most staff is useless and can’t do anything. Poor guy had to come and detach and reattach TV so that it works, breakfast is very poor quality, waste of time and money, not comfortable bed, came back with back pain. Low parking not suitable for big cars and ideal to get scratches through door opening, they cleaned the room and broke my charger when the moved mattress. Ran away first thing in the morning. And they dare ask you a deposit for this , one should be paid to sleep there. The management is not reachable in the evening and doesn’t even respond or try to call to ask. It’s the first time I give a really bad rating but even a B&B is better than this one!

no lunch served on Sunday? there are many other restaurants close by, yet it was a pity since the food at restaurant was very good.

I had to ask for towels to be changed. Each time they were never replaced with enough. Breakfast was too small and crowded. When confirming the name of the booking hearing a tutting and irritation when it wasn’t correct was discourteous and not respectful. Staff a bit cold at times.

Perfect location for a match, next to the Groupama stadium, literally on its doorstep. Very clean and comfortable, staff very nice and friendly.

Allocated room type we requested. Hotel staff v professional and accomodating. Breakfast menu good.

Very convenient, comfortable and good value. Large parking with direct entrance to the rooms, busy but nice atmosphere, small restaurant and bar, also take away pizza for the room

Loved the location and the handiness. The tram was just across the way from the hotel and bus stop just outside the hotel. Perfect location if you where going to an event in the arena or stadium. It was good that breakfast and city tax was included in the price. Pizzas where also amazing

Very disappointed in the fact there was 3 guests and I had to book 2 rooms but on arrival when we got to our room there was a double bed and a single bed in our room when I questioned this I was told they only book double rooms.

Very good location If you are going to a concert or a football game. Staff friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They had placed a welcoming note for us Ateez fans who were attending the concert in the room.

The room could be cleaner, they could add flip flops and some more amenities like tissue paper , body wash, etc. Breakfast was OK, could have more options like baked potatoes and vegetables. The ac couldn't go higher than 24 degrees. Lastly , it was a little bit expensive for what it provided, but then again, two major events happened close by, so it is understandable to have expensive rates when there is such demand.

The facility access

The staff they were very rude. The room has a very strong ans bad sent. We didn't have a second blanket so it was very cold.

Very convenient position, very nice breakfast

Room could have been cleaner, kids had to share a single duvet which was small and short.

The location was great for an overnight stay before heading to the Alps.

Both rooms booked had a bad smell, after discussing this with the hotel staff, nothing was actioned.

The hotel looks a bit like they tried to renovate an old place and invested more in fancy looking decor rather than proper finishes, almost like they try to look like a 4 star (but not managing)The pillow was very flatThe carpet had some odd & randomly places yellow spots, I couldn’t tell if it was dirt or just a badly designed carpet. The rest of the room & bathroom was cleanThe garage and parking spots are a bit narrow and parking our SUV required various maneuvers; not sure why they built it like that, there is no lack of space
