Pros +
- The location, the balcony with Adirondack chairs, and hamacs and the vegetarion
- Love the owner, location, staff and garden of this hotel The mattress is awful, no side table, she needs to put new beds and do a complete makeover in the rooms and this place will be amazing
- Shady customer service and room wasn't what was suppose to be offered. They wanted us to first pay in cash and then addition fees were added for nicer room with air condition. Our shower didnt work nor did it have hot water when we arrived.

- When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room I had reserved did not have air conditioning, which hadn't been clear in my reservation. The room was small, stuffy, not very nice. I ended up paying an addtl $30 to upgrade to a more acceptable room.

Proximity to the ocean, colorful chairs and hammocks.
