Hotel La Galleria

Practical & spacious. Shower was excellent! Courteous staff.

Room had a balconyRoom 107 wonderful viewGreat location in mall, close to townEasy transportation to and from FDFClose to airportWonderful staffGood breakfast

Too early checkout 11 am

Location was good.

The wardrobe was not properly cleaned, it was a bit dusty. The sliding door was not locking properly.I wasn't advised of different restaurants around only breakfast buffet. The tap under the sink leaked.

Excellent location, we could not ask for more - about 10 minutes or less away from the airport and strategically located on the compound of the mall, where there was everything you needed. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and pleasant. Also, the room was clean.

The room design was a bit dated.

Near the airport, mall and restaurants

Old, needs a remodel.

Very well located, next to a large shopping mall, access from the airport by bus "A" (two stops), taxi ordered by the hotel €15. The downtown area from the hotel is conveniently and quickly accessible by public transport. Spacious room with kitchenette, nice view from the window and balcony, good wifi and ac. Modest breakfast (buffet).

note: the hotel does not provide wifi, hard to believe nowadays. For this, unfortunately, I give a lower rating :-(

Location

No phone in room and linconvenient ocation of outlets for chargers etc.

Location

No ice, WiFi keeps dropping

I only had the breakfast once. I did not particularly enjoy it. And I thought it was overpriced.

The wifi was always marginal.

Excellent resort. Staff helpful. Clean rooms. Gor more than expected

Helpful Staff

Ghastly wi fi service. Disappointing breakfast. Cold weak coffee .

The proximity to shopping The rate was reasonable.

There was no microwave, no coffee maker.Toilet paper holder is locked so could not get access to the pull off for use. This was very embarrassing. Yes and please place water in the rooms because I was very thirsty and got an empty fridge upon arrival.

Stay only one night, transfer, close to the airport is a main benefit

The location is excellent and I was fairly comfortable

The amenities could be improved, no utensils for tea yet there is a kettle. The hotel can do with updating to feel more modern, especially the bathrooms.

The hospitality in this establishment was nothing short of amazing.Location is excellent. Very convenient and safe. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. I like the fact that the mall is just a click away.

Products for personal hygiene such as the shampoo, bar soaps and shower gels can be upgraded.

Breakfast was supper good

The shower, water all over place I think the shower should be close not open to much water on the floor, but I enjoyed my stay .thank you

Large rooms , very clean and with all you need. They have large terraces and the location of the property is perfect as a city hotel for short stay. They provide us an apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms instead of triple rooms and we are very thankful.

Location is ideal.. shopping mall easily accessible

No stove in the room

The close proximity to the airport.Staff were helpful.Outside was places to eat.

Everything was fine

the cleanliness and the breakfast.

the wifi was not working during my stay beds in my room were too low. The rooms are so cold and there are no mats in front the beds to make it cozier.
