- Excellent level of service provided by the staff , really helpful and friendly. The private beach and the meals we also really good, excellent value for money resort.
- Superb location, good food, amazing F & B team, more an adult type vacation which was perfect for us, great wi-fi in rooms and public areas, as far as the hotel beach.

- The rooms are a bit dated but acceptable
- The public areas require a serious face-lift creating a more modern feel.
- The property aesthetic is outdated. The food is limited for kids. No activities for kids therefore not a suitable choice if traveling with young kids. The staff were impatient, rooms not cleaned properly.
