Pros +

  • A beautiful structure, located in a beautiful place, immersed in beautiful greenery... But... Its really a shame that a resort of this level creates such high expectations, only to disappoint you in some aspects that should be a priority for these kinds of establishments. As mentioned before, the structure is beautiful, very well-maintained, with spacious, clean, and fragrant rooms. The problem arises when it comes to the service, which leaves much to be desired. Starting with the assumption that an "all-inclusive" package should limit you in very little, they make all the procedures unnecessarily difficult. Restaurants that are empty, but for which you must make reservations. You sit down at the table and can only order a maximum of 2 courses (but then, what does "all-inclusive" mean? You can call it "many things included, but many others not"). In short... Except for a few exceptions, the restaurants offer average food (nothing exceptional), with sometimes excessive limitations (a place like this, so well-priced, can't even include a lobster dinnerthis doesn't make sense...). The only positive mention for me goes to the C Beach Club, both for the food and the waiters and the staff in general, who are smiling and welcoming (which is not guaranteed, as in the other restaurants, you often see angry waiters treating you with coldness and detachment). Not to mention the Savana buffet, which is really bland and repetitive. And the alcohol, of poor quality and served sparingly. Very disappointed in this regard. To conclude, I certainly can't say I had a bad time, on the contrary. I repeat, the place is beautiful and has great potential, so take this review constructively, to improve and provide your customers with the service that a place of this level truly deserves.
  • The resort itself is beautiful, with well-kept facilities and a great location. However, the service was far below expectations. The biggest issue was the restaurant booking system there was no communication, and even with many tables available, we were not allowed to dine without a prior reservation. It felt more like a rule than a service. On our second day at the Infinity Blue restaurant, I clearly mentioned I had a crustacean allergy, yet I was served a dish full of prawns. Thankfully, I noticed before eating it but no one came to apologise or take responsibility for what could have been a serious health risk. Drinks were of poor quality, and I honestly doubt the correct amount of alcohol was being poured in cocktails. Service across all restaurants was disappointing overall. Some staff even tried to upsell by misleading us, which is unacceptable. Apart from a few kind individuals, the staffs attitude and the lack of attention to guest well-being left a lot to be desired. I expected much more from a resort of this level.
