Robinland is a very nice well kept property, with a friendly helpful staff. The breakfast offered (at an additional charge) was tasty. Overall, I would stay there again.

They should provide an iron and ironing board in the room. The bathroom could use a hook or two for hanging items.

Cozy,Spacious , clean and well maintained .. most of all it has a very nice view of the ocean which makes you relax.. it’s a totally nice get away..The nicest things is we can prepare our food for the familyI also like the staff (Jovy and Solomon) because they provide good service and help us with our activities

- The location is amazing if you want to go to Kawasan Falls early morning. 2 minute drive/10 minute walking.- The AC and minibar worked fine.- Wifi was fast and stable.- On-site caretaker was trying to be kind and helpful but facility lacks basic amenities for a hotel/vacation home.

- Unfortunately it did not look like the photos we saw at all. Room was pretty dated, floor tiles were broken making constant noise, dirty and dusty around the bed frame and rusty wardrobe. Peeled wall paint and mirrors.- Room was dirty with spider webs around corners and giant mosquitos in the room.- We were only given 2 bath towels and no hand and face towels until I repetitively asked for 2 days.- I confirmed hairdryer availability before coming as I have very long hair but was then told it was broken. Thankfully the personnel found it through relatives later but it was frustrating.- There was no hot water for 3 days and we showered with cold water.- No restaurants or food options nearby. At least 15 minute drive away.

The room was spacious and clean, so the basics were in place for a comfortable stay. The property and the view from the very equipped common spaces are also so pretty. The only problem we faced was that around 11pm and after a late check in and a long day, the shower didn't have any warm water so we ended up having a cold shower which wasn't the greatest. Something may have happened or a switch (that we didn't find) may have been forgotten off. Not sure. What left the most positive mark on our stay was the attitude of the hotel staff, both the evening and the morning ones. Happy to help, to answer questions and to chat. Thank you!

The staff was very hospitable and kind. Everyone eas accommodating.

It would have been nice to have blankets on the bed, rather than just sheets. The bathroom had a bad smell and there were a lot of ants and roaches.

The property was amazing it’s good for a family who wants to have a vacation…you can cook, make some BBQ.

The bed was good and very spacious but the cabinet was rusty and my boyfriend was afraid to go in the bathroom because he saw a cockroach.

I like the property with access to the pool and ocean plus great view. I like the room size, it was very spacious and it had a private room + bathroom for more privacy. Both bathrooms were had plenty of space. They provided towels and extra sleeping cushions/padding if we had more people in our party. too. They also allowed customers to use their kitchen if we needed to hear up and eat food and get water. Mr. Solomon was very helpful as well, he offered to get some pandesal and helped us get tuk-tuk. The lady working day shift was also very nice and pleasant. When booking choose the room that is next to the pool!

I didn't like that it didn't offer breakfast because on Booking website it stated breakfast was included so they might need to update their listing. It wasn't a deal breaker though. And I didn't realize the property sits on a hill so it was split level style, our room was on the downstairs it had a lot of steps, not good for knees. ?

There were no other guests, so we had this large beachfront villa all to ourselves. My husband particularly liked the open air area with patio set looking out to the ocean. The two ladies staffing the property were very nice and helpful and helped arrange the Kawasan Falls canyoning tour (company is literally right next to the house).

The room and bathroom are on the older side and could use a refresh/remodel. The A/C unit, although effective, was rather loud. The pillows were too stiff/hard and high for our personal preference.

The staff was great.

Pictures show cooks and food made giving you the impression food is available, but no cooks or food at property. It's very misleading. There is a lot of water and termite damage that needs to be fixed, and it could use some painting too where it has peeled in many places.
