A very nice place. Near to the cable car station. A timber trail of tree tops with the watch tower is some 15 minutes walk away, which is a great attraction. Some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Basic, but tasty breakfast. Would choose to stay there again. Only pay attention if you are around 2 m tall: beds have wooden endings, so it would not very comfortable for a really tall person. Ask them about availability of different type of beds before booking.

Arriving by car is somehow confusing, because you have to cross the paying parking. You have 15 minutes to do it without paying, which is more than enough, because it does not take even a minute. It would be very helpful if they inform you about that in advance.

Breakfast was very teasty. Number of choices was more then enough. Coffee was superb. Timing of the breakfast was also good. No one rushed us to finnish. You could take coffee ans sweets/cake ot your room, which was fantastic.Room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was large enough, shower was of normal size, you can easilly get in and out. Both room and bathroom was clean.Staff is super friendly. They will assist you if needed. Hotel did not have any problem with us bringing our cat.

Honestly nothing. But if I should be picky I would say that there should be a better info on how to get to the hotel during summer time. You have a food menu with pirces but there is no beverages price list, so I had no idea what I can order from the bar. However there are mor pros for this hotel so I did not mind those small things.

fantastic is that with small problems you can buy the skipass online for next day keeping the chipcard - just to register and upgrade for next day, if you were not sure how many days of skiing you wanted

Very good breakfasts and dinners. Self-service buffet for the breakfast with everything. 3 course dinners.Not so good choice of drinks in the restaurant bar. Pilsner beer (usually my favorite) not good here. Minimum wines. No coffee machine for breakfast, only a hot water, instant coffee and tea bags.Very good location for skiing. Skis on/off from the hotel.Clean rooms, corridors and restaurant.

Many guests didn't wear face masks and didn't follow Covid rules. Although hotel staff did OK.My room under the roof had a strangely small bedroom with a stairs access. It was painful for my knees and back. I will choose another room next time.

Good location for skiing trip to Cerna Hora, very close to gondola station.

Difficult to get to the hotel by car: first enter the central parking at the gondola station, then enter the second parking, all paid. I booked a double room with separate beds, got one double bed and was told that they cannot put us in a different room because they're fully booked. The room was so tiny that the bed was only accessible from one side so we moved the bed which revealed filth that was behind it. Breakfast was mediocre: strange tasting sausages, only 2 kinds of buns, no scrambled eggs and DIY instant coffee. In the end was asked to pay more than on the reservation because 'booking calculate the lowest exchange rates and they calculate with higher rates'.
