E un hotel elegant,bine administrat,curat,mancare excelenta,linistit.Deci o experienta pozitiva.Un loc in care vom reveni.

Personalul in restaurant insuficient pentru numarul de clienti care mananca acolo,caci nu sunt doar clientii hotelului. O RUGAMINTE: Otto,catelul hotelului,un Saint Bernard urias,este inchis intr-un tarc minuscul,2 pasi de la cusca la gard.INADMISIBIL!

What a lovely place to stay for a few nights with family! The hotel is off the main street, tucked away from the crowds. It’s less than a 5-minute drive from Bran Castle. Unfortunately, you can’t walk to the castle, as there is no sidewalk, so you would have to walk on the road.The breakfast menu was small, but the staff were so nice that they deviated from the menu and took our personalized orders, which was great—especially since they don’t normally accommodate allergies or food restrictions.The rooms are large enough to be comfortable. The mattress was hard, so it took us a few days to adjust—by that time, we had to leave! :)Out of all four rooms we booked, only mine had a balcony, and I don’t think the hotel has too many of these rooms. The view was great from all of them.

The mattress was hard. You can hear everything from one room to another. The worst part is when there are small children—you hear everything in the middle of the night.

Doesn’t worth the price! We payed 85 euro per room, and all the night couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The breakfast is poor.

Very helpful staff. Very clean room and facilities. Hotel built in 2009, renovated in 2022 - shows good taste and quality. Excellent breakfast. Nice location, enabling day trips in a spectacular area.

The hotel is furnished with classic furniture, with a tasteful interior design.The rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, so you feel like you're in your own home or better than that :-)The balconies are large and with beautifully benches. The view from the balcony is gorgeous: you can admire both the hotel's beautifully landscaped garden and the panorama of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is very well organized.

Fantastic hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful will go above and beyond for you.Room service was great , we had beautiful room with balcony, cleaned up every day along with the towels changed every day.Breakfast very tasty ? with regional food as well. We loved it ?

We didn't like that we had to go back home, we would love to stay much more longer.So see you again.

It looked really nice and the room was spacious, we also had a balcony with a great view.

The door to the hallway had just a little bit of space underneath and we could hear a bit too much noise from the hallway, but other than that it was super nice.

This hotel has 4 strengths:- the rooms are large,- the hotel is immaculately clean,the bed is confortable,- the breakfast, the restaurant and the kitchen and service team are of high quality and speak good English.

There is no village life near the restaurant.Without a car, you are far from everything. This hotel cannot be recommended for travelers without a car. This should be clearly stated on booking.com.The hotel offers no service, no documentation on excursions in the area.The hotel is not set back only fifty meters from a road very busy during the day by motor vehicles. Too bad to be in the countryside but to have to close the double-glazed window so as not to hear too much noise.

The hotel style and the room: it was big, simple, but nicely decorated and cosy. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner in addition to the complementary breakfast. Treat yourself with the papanasi dessert! Great view from the balcony!

Not a huge issue but in order to get hot water in the shower we had to turn on the hot tub in the sink. Also, the water pressure was not ideal.

Everything, the friendly staff, the food, the room, the surroundings... It was my second time here and I will be coming back again this year. I really feel in paradise here. We were arriving late and they were so nice to contact us to ask if we were still going to eat there. After the Transylvania race, I got the best massage ever, the sauna was also top!

The room has a few sockets, but not a big deal, you are in an amazing castle in Bran :-) You dont really need your phone or your laptop :-) There is to much to enjoy to be worried about charging things :-)

Very friendly staff and accommodating with toddlers running around the restaurant. Food was excellent. Room was spacious. Easy access to surroundings.

The location is absolutely amazing, the room was big and very clean (Everyday cleaning). The hotel has it's own restaurant which is very nice if you don't want to leave the area.

Inside the room you can hear noise from other rooms and also the noise of people climbing the stairs.The wifi in room 20 does not work at all. The signal reach only the bathroom.One morning was not enough food when we arrived at the breakfast area. We arrived at 9:40 and the end of breakfast was at 10:30. But this happened only ones during our stay.

Food at the restaurant was great. Staff very helpful and kind.Really like overall ambiance of the place. Clean rooms, comfy bedsWill be back

There is an great opportunity to improve the use of the outdoor area in the back - loads of potencial, and could be made to be even more family friendly. The covered area could host local artisans to show and tell for example, or locals to tell stories from the area. There is a pond in the back as well - if that was a brought back to life it could be another cool spot to chill.The wooden construction for the kids would need to be checked regularly, carefully, as some of wood seemed rotten, and could use replacement to avoid accidents if nails got exposed for example. The property next to the hotel has a series of animals, that, for city kids, could be a real attraction - maybe something could be arranged with the owners.Taking the time to make these suggestions as i truly like the place and hope it will continue to do well.

Breakfast was very tasty, room was clean and staff was very nice to us.

The space near the WC. For a man, it wasn’t comfortable to sit there.

The rooms were perfectly clean, nice furniture, and the girl at the reception was really polite and helpful. She even changed our appointed room at our arrival because the one that was initially reserved for us was next to the staircase and she said it tends to be was quite noisy, so she offered to us a quieter one.
