Pros +
- Great staff, very helpful. Laundry service on site. Decent sized rooms. Location was within walking distance of the main areas. Use of kitchen also available which was a nice bonus.
- The location of the property was great about 10 mins walk from the ADO bus station and 10 mins from the lake side too. The staff were all incredibly helpful, we had a shower problem twice in a row and they came to help immediately. The bed was also enormous!
Cons -
- Lots of dogs barking throughout early hours of the night. Nothing Soi Bacalar can do about it, no fault of theirs, but worth noting.
- Just our shower issue. Both evenings in a row we didnt have any water in our shower but were given a solution both times so not a major complaint just slightly irritating.
