- The only positive point we found in our stay was the personnel. Really friendly and accessible, helpful and extremely respectful. Location was more or less quiet. The rest of the options were quite bad.

- Easier with bullet points:- The price for this place was way too expensive for what it is.- We asked beforehand for parking place, since we are paying for it. They never answered and when we arrived we needed to park in a far away place from where the building was. We couldn't even see our car. - The breakfast is rather very poor, specially for vegetarian and/or vegan guests.- Location was facing a parking lot (which we were not allowed to use, rather ridiculous situation).- It was quiet, but close to the room there was a stage on the beach, and THAT was really annoying, crowed and loud.- The room lack enough space for cooking and sitting in order to eat. Clearly it's not prepared and designed to cover these basic needs.- The bathroom was extremely tiny and uncomfortable.- The whole different installations of this "complex" of Hotel, R&R and breakfast room are in desperate need of refurbishment. We're guessing this was not done in decades.
- The wifi signal was so poor. We were not able to use wifi properly in our room. Since the mobile signal was also weak inside room, it was bit annoying, we were not able to plan our visits correctly. Hotel team must work on this and improve. And, please note, you have to pay the Kurcarte (Tourist tax ) per person in addition to the hotel amount. ( I think this is nothing to do with hotel itself !! )Other than that, all perfect.
