Pros +
- The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful surroundings.
- Close to a nice beach.
- Very beautiful beach, wonderful location in the woods.
Cons -
- No. None. All of these are great.
- Maybe I shouldn’t complain as it was a lot cheaper than other properties, but the carpet in the room was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work, although they did send someone to fix it. Also after eating amazing food in Croatia for a week the buffet was pretty disappointing. Also just keep in mind the taxis charge 60 euros one way to get here from the Hvar port, but it is beautiful on this side of the island. Renting a car might be cheaper.
- Meals were quite repetative. A little bit of diversetiy would be nice.

Great location, surrounded by pine trees and a beautiful rocky beach. The staff is very friendly, especially the local team. The food is delicious, just like homemade! We will definitely return.
The hotel could use some refreshing, such as repainting the walls and deep-cleaning the chairs in the bar. During breakfast and dinner, the staff doesn’t replenish the food quickly enough, so there’s a high chance you might have to wait in line if a dish runs out. Additionally, the parking could be better organized, as non-hotel guests sometimes park there, causing inconvenience for hotel guests.
Location was amazing, Vrboska is a beautiful small town. It wasn't too crowded and within 10-30min you could visit any of the more known and beautiful towns like Stari Grad, Milna, Jelsa or Hvar.
The elevator didn't work, forcing us to carry everything by hand. Electricity also went out for an hour one day and the internet is pretty unstable and slow. Wasn't usable for remote work or even simple browsing would be very slow (if it stayed connected long enough)
Seemed like a budget version of an all-inclusive resort. Thought it wasn't really all-inclusive. Rocky waterfront & ocean was nice. Lots of food selection. But definitely felt budget.
Felt very budget...
It was beautiful, calm and quiet
The air conditioning was not very good and we were there during a hot few days.
The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were big and comfortable, with a huge terrace. The location is spectacular.A peaceful and quiet place, where you literally have a beach just for yourself and your family.
The hotel is nowhere near as it appears in the photos. It is clearly understaffed, as you have to insist just to get the rooms cleaned or at least to have towels delivered.Because of that, the price-to-quality ratio is definitely unsatisfactory.
Location, food, pool
Guys at the reception act like they are forced to be there, zero smile, wrong attitude at all levels. We got the room with a really bad smell of a mold or something and after we told them it was really painful going through the process of getting another room. It's clear that reception responsibilities don’t suit their skill set.
Does not look like the pictures!! Dirty and old feeling.

The resort is a great base location for exploring the island. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever encountered on our trips around Europe. We booked park view and actually got a park, pool and the see view from our balcony. There was a nice beach in front of the hotel with clear seewater and free use of beach chairs. We liked everything and will for sure return someday.
The location is perfect - the place is not crowded. The trees form a very nice shade for a pleasent stay and walk. The beach is great, and the sea is very calm and refreshing. The staff is very kind and helpful. The resort is so peaceful and quiet, that you immediately get relaxed and enjoy your vacation
The fact that we couldn't stay longer :)
Good location. Beautiful.
The property smell bad like sewer is backing up. It was really bad around the restaurant building and eventually we started to smell bad in our room also. It seems bad smell is coming thru the shower drain. Awful. Ruins the entire stay. Also the first day we didn’t have any shower gel so we called the front desk and they said they can’t do anything because the it’s was too late in the day and we had to wait until next day. The food was terrible. . Don’t see why they can’t have a decent restaurant and make people pay for it. The buffet was very low quality. And the closest restaurant outside the hotel is 20min walk.
Stunning location and calmness around the resort.
Severely understaffed and unorganized
Did not have our purchased room, had to wait while they tried to find a manager, booking.com kept hanging up on us when we reached out for help, horrible food, coffee and orange juice were powdered not real, cafeteria type eating, fridge did not work, house keeping did nothing but make a bed, we had to ask for towels and tea, spa was closed and in the middle of nowhere with none of their facilities open. This was not what we thought we were getting based on the information provided by booking. Extremely disappointed
Horrible food, closed spa and facilities, house keeping was non existent, powered coffee and orange juice, fridge didn't work and if you have children you're a real car drive to anything
Disappointing return stay – not the experience we hoped forWe returned to the resort with great excitement after spending nearly two wonderful months here last year. Unfortunately, this stay has been a major disappointment from the start. Before arrival, we contacted the hotel to arrange transportation from Split Airport and were directed to someone via email who never responded. I had to arrange everything myself at the last minute. While frustrating, I tried not to let it affect our enthusiasm. On arrival, the receptionist was kind but spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. We were given a room much smaller than what we booked, with stained carpets, a loud air conditioning unit, and absolutely nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com.The “queen bed” was actually two single mattresses pushed together—very uncomfortable and misleading. One of the plugs in our room didn’t work, making it hard to charge devices. The soda dispensers in the buffet were empty (only water came out), furniture boxes were scattered around the property, the main bar was closed, and the Easter meals were disappointing in both presentation and quality. We were also told there was no availability from April 21–25, forcing us to find a different accommodation for those nights—which caused inconvenience and additional expense. In reality, the hotel is clearly not fully booked. It seems the reservation team is disorganized and not properly informed. To be clear, the staff on-site are very kind and doing their best—but they don’t seem supported at all by the new management or administration. There’s a clear lack of supervision, structure, and training, which is impacting the guest experience. We are here during Easter and expected a cozy, well-cared-for holiday. Instead, we feel neglected and disappointed. On top of everything, we’ve already been charged for our next booking from April 25 to May 25.
Amazing location, very green and next to he sea. Amazing nature surrounding
Not that I disliked, but the spa and massage is almost always booked. So if you really need one, make sure you book in advance.
The location is phenomenal, the sea and the air therapeutic. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly, the rooms were clean and equipped with everything one could possibly need while on vacation, the food in the restaurant was varied, plentiful, fresh and delicious. The bars were available to us all through the day, and there are so many activities you can do there. I'd recommend the all-inclusive option, as it's worth every penny.
The Resort is based next to a small picturesque village. It is great location for Runners around the bay. There is a small public beach which was amazing now in offseason. It has a certain Old School Charme which is not entirely positive, but in a way we enjoyed the vibe…
The Gym is nothing at all. It is a joke to call this small room with a few dumbbells (max 10kg) and a stepper a Gym ?
Location of the hotel is marvelous – within view of pine trees and the sea. The hotel area was full of amenities to use the sun and weather and walking around Hvar provided numerous of changing landscapes. The room, although small, was comfortable and clean, plus great beds and comfy bathroom. We stayed with a dog who received a bowls and a dedicated bed. Our room was on ground level, so we could use a small terrace with a sea view to read book.
When traveling we really appreciate local cuisine and this was our first time to select all-inclusive. Unfortunately our fears came true – the selection was good, but the cuisine was all-european with very few of local dishes. Taste of everything was divided by half and you couldn't even try local olives or pomegranate. The worst was the coffee – every coffee machine served awful instant Nescafe!
