Perfect location for a weekend out. Staff was super friendly and great breakfast.

Dog was charged 20 euros extra which is above the usual 10-15 euros, but was warmly welcomed by everyone

Great small hotel in beautiful Velden, close enough to the magnificent Bluesiana Velden Rock Cafe. Really great breakfast, fresh made, included. Parking in the parking garage cost 15 € per night.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner (which we reserved in front) was also excellent! Stuff polite and helpful.

Pillows- they are too small and low. Would be great to have additional pillow in room. Room is quite small.

The air conditioner is too hot. On the screen 23°C, i took it down to 21, but somehow it didn't worked out.

The location is perfect! The room was quite small, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a must, defenitely worth the price. We arrived with our dog, and he got spoiled by the Hotel staff - a bowl, toy and some snacks were prepared for him on arrival.

The budget room was bigger than the comfort one. Also, the budget room had two beds, as I was traveling with my nephew we could have shared a room as we did in our other destinations but there was no information about 2 beds in Booking.

Modern room, squeaky clean, very comfy bed, big modern shower with good water pressure. Plenty of plugs. Great breakfast. Close to the lake. Safe underground parking.

Located in the center of Velden, a modern hotel with nice rooms though a bit small ones. The breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast and Location were nice, room was clean and bathroom nice.

My room was on the parking side, very noisy at different times, like until midnight, then very early like 5:00 AM garbage truck or garbage bins moving around, again 6:30 garbage collecting movement..Not a good sleep. Also, They made me pay extra to park my car in the garage, which I wasn't aware of. It is a nice hotel but only if you pick the rooms opposite to the parking lot, but I don't think I will return. Generally a bit overpriced.

they took my money twice for the city tax and I had to pay for parking even though I didn't park there ,because my car didn't fit in the underground parking . The gentleman at the reception told me to park in another parking lot next to the hotel and the next day he told me to prove to him that I didn't park at the hotel ??
