- Everything was great! Very clean, great breakfast, spacious room, great views, the spa was amazing and all recently refurbished. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming!

- The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but this is nitpicking..
- Hypocratical receptionist and the way he talks to people..- kicked me out from lobby and didn't want to give me the room keys, because i had a ski mask and not ffp2 (which is totally understanndable -- corona measures).BUT himself on 3d day was roaming around inside the hotel in textile ski mask...- first time in my life i have heard that u cannot go to your room in snowboard shoes even for changing purposes.. i would take them out to the drying room right after i am done ofcourse, but instead i had to change directly in the lobby. 2 people in front of me went inside in snowboard shoes and he didn't tell a word...These are all minor things and not really a big deal but the manner it was communicated, was just surprising... And i am not sure about the reasons of that attitude.
