- They didnt charge me for my remaining nights when I decided to switch hotels. Thank you for this.

- It was all good
- When I arrived, they told me I had a split booking, meaning my first two nights would be in one room, then I would need to switch rooms for my last two nights. They blamed booking.com for this error instead of just owning their mistakethis really bothered me. The location, although right next to the water, was not a good location and really difficult for transport. The room, although clean, was as basic as Ive ever seen. The vibe upon entering this resort was that of a dive shop and not a hotel.
- for the amount of money we paid I was expecting more. My room had no soap, no trash can, no TV. The power was out in my room all day until 5 pm and the toilet only worked half the time. it was also in a bad part of town where a lot of tuk tuk drivers would not go as the road was too narrow.
