exceptional hotel, clean facility, friendly stuff and good atmoshphere. You can also enjot sauna, amazing breakfast and dinner and have a great walk nearby. Plus we could charge our Electro car there.
Everything. This is a wonderful spot for easy family friendly skiing. The staff all around were wonderful and friendly and went out of the way to make the stay comfortable for everyone. The town itself is lovely and a great place to explore the region.

The family Lachner, knows what a tourist needed. Great hotel and very nice cosy village. The room is excelent with great view on the Feichner Ski piste. All facilities for a great wintersport holiday are available (skiing, langlaufen, rodelen)
Maybe the temperature could a bit less.
Wonderfully situated with magnificent view of the mountains, Very friendly and service-oriented staff. The owner took time to elaborately explain us of sights, tours, and other experiences avaliable for us.We were just the two of us but the hotel is obviously well suited for couples with children. Specific childrens´ menu every night.This was our second visit at the hotel:"Hier kommt man gerne wieder"By the way: free parking without the need for reservation beforehand.
Perfect location for hiking lovers as it is connected directly to many trails. We were totally impressed by Kaunertal valley, breath-taking views, glaciar and beautiful lake.
Contemporary roomIn Feichten center...
Only one drawback. We had a room with a triangular window without curtains.As a result, we woke up at 06.00, summer time.....hmmmmStaff told us, they were aware of the issue, no solutions yet.
Location with the ski slope in the backyard. I appreciated the midday snack, which is included for guests that have fullboard. Buffet style meal for one night and the other was dinner service. No pool but they offer free admission to a pool that is within walking distance (the spa at this location was small but well done). The lady at breakfast was warm and extremely friendly. Nice view from the room and plenty of hiking trails around.
Fairly crowded when we went. The spa is nice but slightly outdated. Hotel appears to be remodeled in stages.
The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the glacier is beautiful. We had a wonderful time there, I can only recommend them.Also, the mattress was one of the best we've encountered in hotels so far.
We had a fantastic stay. The building looks very traditional, but has a modern feel. If you want to get close to nature, this hotel has an excellent location. The food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat!
