Rich breakfests and dinners. Monday local meal buffet and friday italian buffet with delicious paela and seafood. Closest accomodation to the glacier. Great ratio performance/price.

Room 309, is a bit could and it deserv tenovation.

Pleasant lady at the reception.Location near the glacier 3000 m.

Breakfast isn't good, but you can collect food for eating before skiing, especially if you like hard-boiled eggs and white yogurt. Dinner is something between worse and horrible. (A school canteen has better food.) All drinks during dinner are paid, bottled water is about 7 EUR, beer the same, small soft drinks are similar. - In previous reviews it is written that the food is good. We don't understand it, we think that it is fake reviews.

The hotel is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains..Our room was cleaned every day..We were a late arrival (after dinner was finished) and the the staff manager was very kind to organise dinner for us anyways, which we appreciate a lot having two small kids. The dinners were nice, we liked all our meals..

Do not attempt to order a cocktail before 8pm, otherwise you will be told off, LOL:D The staff is very busy during dinner hours, so the service is on the slow side, but they are still trying to do their best for you:)

Great location, reasonable price, Big Parking .

Bar staff . Tou can't pay by card below 20€ you can't take the bill to the room. Bar staff aggressive if you don't have cash. Sauna needs renovation.

The hungarian staff. They were amazing.Sauna and breakfast.Close to glacier. The surrounding are is beautiful.

The hotel itself outdated,on photos looks better.Room was cold everyday, they provided electric heater. No kettle in the room which should have been a basic thing, like everywhere in the world.Dinner is so so,some day better some day not really good.We like to eat a lot,the portions are small.Breakfast is fine. For dinner you have to pay for your drink.

In this hotel price we get more then we expected - great dinner with drinks included, perfect localization and nice personel.

This is not the newest hotel, buy we know that from the beginning. Same breakfast day by day, but everythimg fresh and tasty.

nice locationfriendly staffit was very cheap for full board

bathroom not very cleanvery noisy stairwelloutside lights shining into the room until 11pmno blackout curtains food very basic, but for this low price not surprising...very noisy evening entertainment, it was not possible to stay in the common room after dinnerwhat is not clearly marked in the description: lunch is soup only, there is cake at 4pm and for dinner there are two options which need to be chosen at breakfast, mostly either pork or pasta. There is also soup and salad and a desert for dinner. all very dated in the hotel

Good location, nice hotel stuff, daily room cleaning, daily access to sauna, meals provided by the hotel. It was our third visit and we will come back again. Kaunertal Gletscher is of course our main target. And nice surprise after returning home: email with 20 euro voucher to be cash in Tia Monte Hotel bar ;)

Ski bus was overcrowded and didn't stop at hotel. There is no free tap water available at dinner. Sun beds at sauna needs at least cleaning or replacement.

This time we were put in the Tia Smart which was a nice upgrade on accommodation, not far from Feichten town centre and the Quellealpin leisure complex. We’d come for skiing and specifically chosen this hotel for the convenient location in that regard - it’s the closest hotel to the start of toll road (toll included in skipass) to Kaunertaler Glacier. Skibus stop is right in front of the hotel but if you have a car you may consider skiing in other nearby resorts such as Pitztal Glacier or Nauders (1 day is included in the Kaunertaler skipass which is also valid for the other nearby skiing resort of Fendels). And if you like crowds of people you may even go to the mega resort of Serfaus Fiss Ladis (more than 200km of slopes).

The hotel consists of 2 buildings, the main building which serves food and has a small leisure complex in the basement and the Tia Smart which is right across the street and has a nice play area for the kids and an area for adults to socialise. It was’t a big issue for us but some kind of underground corridor would be good so people don’t have to go out and across the street to access either. Other points to note:- breakfast would do with a bigger variety and more hot meal options (there are only boiled eggs);- the leisure area in the basement is inadequate for the number of people and opened only from 3pm to 7pm;- parking in front of the hotel seems too small for the number of guests with some unpaved and muddy areas.

Very good location. Nearest hotel to the glacie.

Basic Breakfast. Slow Internet. You have to pay in cash everyday for dinks after dinner. 20€ min limit for cards in the restaurant. You can't take drinks on the room bill or pay for a few days together

Thank you very much for beautiful stay there..good value for a price, excellent breakfast, dinner, friendly staff. We have visited this beautiful place two times ago and we will come back surely next year. Kaunertal Gletcher is by car 20 min.

beds are a little bit unconfortable..but no problem for us

    7AnnePosted on: 3-13-2023

The price is good for what we get.

The white bread could have been better. And change of buffet salad. The property is a bit lost in the middle of nowhere.

    7SarahPosted on: 2-21-2023

The town was interesting and had a lot of options for little kids - climbing wall, skiing, pool, seeing the cows. Everything was comfortable and good value for the money.

During the week we stayed, the menu stayed very similar. Dessert was almost a type of creme very night. But staff was able to provide fruit as a alternative for our lactose free group.

    10RebeccaPosted on: 2-8-2023

Breakfast gave an excellent selection. The apricot jam was a particular favourite. Dinner was served promptly and staff were very attentive and polite

    I liked everything!

    9WojciechPosted on: 2-7-2023

Very friendly staff, kids are welcome and there is good approach towards the kids from the hotel team.

Some corridor walls could be painted, funny smell in the common places.
