    Pros +

    • A terrible and disappointing experience that ruined what should have been a relaxing stay.
    • The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke several languages, and did their best to make the stay pleasant.
    • Swimming pool is excellent Restaurant for was great.Dinner was lovely and the staff were amazing, there were only 2 waiters working but they did an amazing job and even though it was busy they managed to serve everyone quickly

    Cons -

    • The room was dirty, smelled bad, and had broken furniture and appliances. The spa facilities we paid extra for were not working, and access was delayed, wasting our time. Our privacy was constantly disturbed by strangers smoking in our yard, leaving cigarette butts on our chairs. The bed was uncomfortable, the blanket too small, and we were woken early by very loud cleaning staff. Overall, instead of rest and relaxation, the stay was stressful, exhausting, and extremely disappointing.
    • The hotel clearly needs major renovation — the interior and furnishings haven’t been updated in what seems to be more than 10–20 years.
    • Got to hotel a bit later (5pm) checked in and paid extra to use spa and swimming pool. But turned out the receptionist gave us the wrong room key and we were made to tidy up, pack and change rooms. By the time we got to the swimming pool the spa bar had already closed and the spa itself only had another 30mins remaining until close. This was very expensive for the little time we had there! And we were never offered a refund for the spa facilities.

    The thermal outdoor pools

The breakfast buffet is very basic. Identically the same everyday. Not even one vegetable !Ending exactly at 10am. Unless you pay an extra 30CFH /night, your room will be facing a steep stony hill with a chain link fence !

There were 4 big pools which was great. Spa was also very nice and recently renovated.

They do not provide extra towels/robes. Especially for Spa, this is really weird. They also do not inform you in advance.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the hotel due to serious safety issues and a complete lack of concern from management. During my stay, my partner injured his foot on a metal part sticking out from the bottom of the outdoor pool. Shockingly, when I mentioned this to the staff, I was informed that this wasn’t the first time it had happened to a guest.I reached out multiple times to the management about this issue, requesting at least an assurance that the pool would be repaired, but my concerns were met with silence. In fact, we were not even offered an apology. It's very disappointing that a hotel claiming to be reputable shows so little regard for the safety and well-being of its guests.Due to this injury, my partner couldn’t use the spa or go for a hike in the area as we had planned. I would caution anyone considering a stay here to think twice, especially if you plan to use the pool or expect prompt, responsible service.

It was good for one night stay, had all we needed and offered a free undercover parking.

It was quite cold, but the heating did not work. The room we stayed in was smoke-free and had a balcony. However, other guests smoked on their balconies and all the cigarette smells came into our room. The man at the hotel reception said it was allowed and that we could not do anything. Also, the breakfast was quite poor. I had to eat a toast with cheese. There were no fresh vegetables.

The staff was very friendly, the whole place was absolutely clean, big rooms.

The location is really not on the main street, between the main seasons other facilities are rare even Restaurant are closed.

Very nice and clean hotel with attentive staff and beautiful location. Loved to have the complementary breakfast.

The pillows were not very comfortable. It would be nice if hotel guests had access to a special daily rate for the baths and spa access.

    The location

Staff rude, no hot water for two nights but yet they could heat the pool, breakfast was poor hot food cold, coffee cold, housekeeping coming in my room when I have asked them not to and the director ignoring my emails because the staff couldn't deal with it they gave me his email and still waiting for a reply. One of the worse hotels around Europe also two single bed pushed together for a double. If wanted a double bed had to pay a premium wife is pregnant and kept.getting stuck in between the gap. This was not highlighted when booking

It was disappointing I paid so much money to stay at the hotel I don't think it's worth it.You can't even see the swaming pool with out paying be very careful when booking this hotel it's differently not for family.

The view from the spa, the personnel was very kind as well. Breakfast was very complete and fresh.

We liked everything, but bare in mind to access buildings by car, otherwise they’re far away.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, amongst the lush green forests, and the clean, cool breezy air was the best place to wind down after a long drive.Nestled amongst the mountains is the perfect place for nature lovers. The views were breathtaking!!

The hotel was a bit old-fashioned for my liking, and the menu was only in French. The waitress was clueless about what was on offer for dinner. We had to rely on Google translator to understand the menu even quicker than the waitress.

    The view from the apartment

Nothing Old, dirty carpets in all the hotel We need to make the sofa bed ourselves No one understands or speaks any English or ( Italian )Breakfast was testles and very poor quality We went for dinner was impossible to order because we could not understand anything We asked for the hot soup we received gazpacho You have to pay £30 per person to use the pool after we are told in the evening was free

    3GulizarPosted on: 8-22-2024

Pools and other facilities not included in the price I paid 650 for a apartment on check out they tryed to charge me 423 on top of what i paid.very good views

Need to be more open on the prices before actually booking so people don't get a surprise

View from the room and balcony over the Rhone valley. Size of the room: 3-bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Location: lots of fun sights (such as taking the télésiège to La Jorasse and hiking from there, or the suspension bridge a little lower).

Entire hotel feels a little rundown. Breakfast was not exceptional. Access to the bains is really expensive (we knew in advance that it was not included in the price).

    9IzabelaPosted on: 8-11-2024

Lovely view, swimming pool on the side ( unfortunately you have to pay extra for access even you are a hotel guest ) Delicious food in the Restaurant , everything you need in the room, Comfortable sofa bed

Very high in the mountains ( for some it is a bonus) Only few members of staff spoke little bit of English, lack of information.

Room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. Great shower and kitchen very useful too. Breakfast was superb with a great selection.

We had to park a distance away in full sun as our van wouldn’t fit in the underground car park, being 2m high. On leaving we were charged extra for our dog and also the ‘city tax’, only afterwards I realised we had been overcharged. It should have been explained that there are extra charges as I was taken by surprise on this.
