Location, room size. Good bed to sleep in.
Location in the very center of the city, spacious apartment, with a very large bathroom and a large bathtub :)

Cons -

The ofa and the chairs were worn.
The cleaning lady who knocks before 10 am, and when leaving information about the need to clean the apartment, only took the garbage. Sometimes there is a lack of hot water in the tap.
