Everything was great. Clean room, hospitable owners and good breakfast and dinner. We liked the sauna. Situated in nice small village with beautiful sourrondings and near skiing area.

Flexibility with kids meniu, and food overall was really tasty. Hotel owners were paying lots of attention to all guests, all the stay felt like in a real family owned hotel

There was no possibility to iron clothes

The breakfast was very good, enough options to choose from and it did not get boring after a week. My partner is on a very special diet (gluten and lactose-free) and the staff did everything to accommodate her. The dinners were also very tasty. The room had a fantastic veiw of the mountains and a small river was just running right next to us, it was a pleasant sound to listen to.

accidentally booked the wrong date on the booking.com app. when I arrived at the property they were very helpful and were able to find a room for me. the room was very spacious with a huge balcony.

The hotel is situated in a small and beautiful town. There is a wonderful lake just 5km from the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Our room was very big with a great little balcony and a great view. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was very well equipped. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is very catered to families with a ping pong table, a small heated pool and a play room

marco and Simone who runs the place are great. the rooms the breakfast and above all that the greatest hospitality. It’s a game changer. one of the couple’s missed a night so Marco without asking did a cancellation for that’s without asking.

I would suggest to offer also hot breakfast like scrambled eggs etc. I would love to pay for it.

We were in Austria for 18 days and stayed at this hotel for two days.This is the second hotel out of ten that I can truly say I had a gluten-free breakfast, with a homemade cake specially baked for me, perfect! They have super delicious local cheese. The hotel is perfect! Very nice family room, facilities for children, very good diner and breakfast, very friendly staff, ... we really enjoyed our stay, close by the beautiful jägersee (and tappenkarsee)!
