Rude guy on reception, i absolutely didn’t like not working hot tub. The guy told me its only for use during the summer. Like seriously? People after all day skiing use hot tub all over the world but Austria is different i guess. I think he was lazy to turn it on

Good location, close to the slopes. Very friendly staff that really wants to make your stay well. Definitely to recommend!

If there is something, maybe that the shower is too small

We didn't take breakfast but being able to walk 50 yards and get on the slope was excellent

The view and the coffee. Good bikewash, and garage for bikes. Really good breakfast, very cozy chill area. Super friendly hosts.

The parking area, we got some dents from other cardoors and they said it had wifii, but it couldn’t reach 3rd floor. We have luckily 3likehome.

Breakfast was very nice and considerable.

In saalbach: In general, all members of the group felt Evening restaurants were expensive and we were not impressed with the food quality.

The breakfast was amazing (better than many 5-star hotels) and the room not only exceeded our expectations for the price paid, it was big, pretty and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was not bad. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very close to the ski lifts.

Great service from start to finish and very helpful staff.Very close short walk to center of town (hinterglemm) and the t-bar slope behind.Fabulous breakfast, a great start for a day on the slopes. Would expect very similar operation for summer as well. Room was well equipped with hooks for ski gear as well which was handy and a very convenient ski locker and boot dryer room.

Nothing we didn't like, only good addition would be a kettle in the room.

Breakfast had vegan options and personal was very friendly.

There is no elevator in hotel.

We liked the service and breakfast. Sauna was small and cozy. It was easy to reach ski piste. Hotel offered on Wednesday BBQ pork ribs and they were amazing.

There were problems with parking our car. The parking lot is not large enough for all of the clients cars and we had to leave our car 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel offered to drive one of us to our car and back, but still it was annoying to organise that. Also in the rooms there were no bath robes or slippers.

Very close to the Bergfriedlift, excellent breakfast and kind staff/owner. Could leave my car a few hours longer at the hotel car park doing my last runs on the Hinterglemm slopes. All together a very pleasant stay.

Basically nothing, room was w/o view to the valley, but that was ok.

The beavior of the owner and employees. For examle - I got scolded for using wooden bowl for a yogurt like I was a little child. Or the clening lady repeteadly asked if she could clean our rooms although it was not yet after the check out time. This behaviour seems very unprofessional to me.

Lovely hotel in the nice place, with outstandingbreakfast. View from window was also great and hotelteam was very friendly.
