Everything was great. The room was neat and had modern interiror, bathroom was nice and roomy and the location was in the center of the city

Good breakfast, comfortable family room with bunk beds for children. Half board - evening meal excellent although the vegetarian options didn’t vary hugely though the week. Amazing location with ski lockers and close to piste and shops. Very clean, friendly staff. Pool is a little cool but the kids loved it, big enough for a good splash around. Grownups enjoyed the sauna!

Pool a little cool, need to keep moving but kids happy enough. We went in on our last morning and it was noticeably warmer. I expect it cools later in the day with people using jets etc.

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms with a stunning view of the ski slope right at your fingertips, prime location in the heart of the town, friendly and welcoming staff and owners who fulfill your every wish with a smile, outstanding food, and excellent, relaxing hotel amenities such as a sauna and a pool.Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely return again.

Great food and friendly staff. Great location for the Rieterkogel and only a short 10min walk to the meet point used by Heli's and most other ski schools

A jacuzzi / hot tub in the spa would be a great addition for use after a day on the slopes

Convenient room with large balcony, delicious breakfast and dinner menu, nice spa, walk-in shower, very good cosmetics. Great and helpfull staff.

Great hotel! Beyond our expectations! Great location, 200 m walking from the Reiterkogelbahn and 500 m from Zwolferhogelbahn. Nearby supermarket, shops, restaurants, ski school, rental facilities. The food was exceptional as well as the whole service. The view from the room was extraordinary. We will come back again for sure.

Everything was perfect!

The owners and staff were delightful and very helpful. Received the Joker pass and had free entry to gondolas and many other discounts. Their meals were superb!

we absolutely love Hotel Salzburg. you can feel it is family run throughout the service. everybody really cares for the guests wellbeing! the hotel has recently been renovated and is supwr modern whilst retaining its Austrian charme. The Spa facilities were superb and the food just fabulous. the view from the balcony just stunning and the beds really comfy. in winter the hotel is in the kiddle of a huge ski resor and means you only walk 2 min to the main gondolas.

Great choice of breakfast and dinner. Barbara the owner is a great hostess and the staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to help you. Lovely place to stay. Really close to main gondola, bars and restaurants.

Possibly a lounge seating area would be good for relaxing after skiing.

the room was really comfy. wonderful shower the bed was so comfy. nice and quiet. the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and friendly. the staff couldn’t be more helpful. the location is central. right by the gondola abs the Main Street but lovely and quiet

I'm not sure about 4 stars in Austria, it was more like 3 for me, but it was really good. Room got right size, not too spacious but not too small, breakfast was nice, dinners better than expected. I was happy with fast WLAN/Wifi. Safe underground garage is a big plus when you got expensive bike. Also some bike facilities at place.

Balcony was shared with other rooms divided only by small gate wich can be opened by anyone. No AC, so it was a bit hot in summer, but at least windows were shaded by balconies above.
