Very sympathetic staff, good breakfast (variety), great sauna/ spa facilities. Special vote for the honey with nuts (I do my own at home now ^^) and the Bergkristall yoghurt on the breakfast buffet. Ah, the cheesecake buffet for free every evening was also very kind.
I don't think the hotel should "suggest" or "recommend" guests to use the sauna naked. This is too personal and vary from culture to culture. I also didn't enjoy the pool so much, as there were too many kids (it's not so big the area) and they were jumping on the water and screaming mostly of the time. Not that I'm grumpy, but just not my mood for a relaxing moment. :,-)Finally, the pillows were way too soft. I needed an extra from the couch to support my head while sleeping.
Good value, nice renewed spa area
Breakfast was excellent with the range and choice of food and drinks. Service was fantastic too.
Overall nice hotel.
The spa is open until 7 pm only!
